Claims (41)
- 금속 부품용으로, 수성상에서, 입자상 금속 및 코팅조성물의 방식특성 강화제로서, 산화물 또는 염 형태의, 이트륨, 지르코늄, 란타늄, 세륨, 프라세오디뮴, 및 네오디뮴 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 구성요소를 포함하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방식특성 강화제로서의 상기 구성요소 중 하나가 산화몰리브덴 MoO3와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 금속에 의한 방식 보호 효과를 강화하기 위해서, 상기 입자상 금속이 균질한 또는 불균질한 다양한 기하학적 구조의 분말형태로 상기 조성물에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이용되는 구성요소가 산화물 형태 Y2O3 의 이트륨 또는 이트륨카보네이트 형태의 이트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산화이트륨 Y2O3이 3㎛보다 작은 D50과 1~40㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자 형태로 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이용되는 구성요소가 염화세륨 형태의 세륨 또는 산화물 형태 CeO2의 세륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이용되는 구성요소가 La2O3, Pr6O11, Nd2O3, 또는 ZrO2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화몰리브덴 MoO3는 60중량%보다 큰 몰리브덴 함량을 갖는 사방정계 결정 형태로 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화몰리브덴 MoO3은 1~200㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방식특성 강화제가0.25 < (방식특성 강화제 / MoO3) < 20의 중량비율로 산화몰리브덴 MoO3와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅조성물.
- - 적어도 하나의 입자상 금속;- 산화물 또는 염 형태의, 이트륨, 란타늄, 세륨, 프라세오디뮴 및 네오디뮴 중에서 선택되는 조성물의 방식특성 강화제;- 결합제; 및- 하나 이상의 유기 용매와 임의로 결합되는 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품의 방식특성 강화용 코팅 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 방식특성 강화제가 산화몰리브덴 MoO3와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 0.5~2중량%의 산화몰리브덴 MoO3를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 입자상 금속을 10~40중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 금속이 아연, 알루미늄, 주석, 망간, 니켈, 이들의 합금 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 방식특성 강화제가 염화세륨 형태의 세륨 또는 산화물 형태 CeO2의 세륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 방식특성 강화제가 La2O3, Pr6O11 및 Nd2O3 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 방식특성 강화제가0.25 < (방식특성 강화제/MoO3) < 20의 중량비율로 산화몰리브덴 MoO3와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성상에서, 유기 결합제 및 미네랄 결합제 중 하나 이상을 3~20중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가, 임의로 유기작용화된(organofunctionalised) 알콕시화 실란, 실리콘 수지, 콜로이드성 실리카, 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 리튬의 규산염, 지르콘산염, 티탄산염, 에폭시 수지, 페녹시 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고, 임의로 페놀 타입, 아미노플라스트 타입, 또는 디시안디아미드 타입의 가교제 또는 산성 촉매와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 γ-글리시드옥시프로필-트리메톡시실란 및 γ-글리시드옥시프로필트리에톡시실란 같은 유기작용화된 실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 백유(White spirit), 알코올, 케톤, 방향족 용매, 글리콜에테르와 같은 글리콜 용매, 아세테이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 니트로프로판, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 유기 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 7중량%이하의 증점제(thickening agent)를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 증점제가 하이드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필셀룰로오스 또는 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스와 같은 셀룰로오스 유도체, 크산탄 검, 폴리우레탄 또는 아크릴계의 회합형 증점제, 실리카, 규산염, 친유기성 점토, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자가 윤활 시스템을 얻기 위해 폴리에틸렌, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, MoS2, 흑연, 폴리술폰, 합성 또는 천연 왁스, 질화물 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 윤활제를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소포제, 습윤제, 계면활성제 및 살생물제(biocide) 중에서 선택되는 첨가제를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,- 10~40중량%의 적어도 하나의 입자상 금속;- 임의로 산화몰리브덴 MoO3과 결합되는, 산화물 또는 염 형태의, 이트륨, 란타늄, 세륨, 프라세오디뮴, 및 네오디뮴 중에서 선택되는, 0.5~10%의 조성물의 방식특성 강화제;- 7중량%이하의 증점제;- 3~20중량%의 결합제;- 3중량%이하의, 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 리튬 규산염;- 7중량%이하의 하나 이상의 윤활제;- 1~30중량%의, 유기용매 또는 유기 용매들의 혼합물; 및- 100%를 채우는 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제30항에 있어서, 0.1~10중량%의 붕산과 같은 약한 미네랄 산을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제30항에 있어서, 0.01~1중량%의 음이온성 계면활성제를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 금속부품용 방식 코팅으로서, 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 코팅 조성물로부터 분사(spraying), 딥드레이닝(dip-draining), 또는 딥센트리퓨징(dip-centrifuging)에 의하여 얻어지며, 그 후 대류(convection) 또는 적외선에 의한 베이킹 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품용 방식코팅.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 대류(convection)에 의한 베이킹 공정이 70~350℃의 온도에서 10~60분간 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품용 방식코팅.
- 제33항에 있어서, 베이킹 공정에 선행하여, 상기 코팅된 금속 부품이 대류 또는 적외선에 의한 건조 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품용 방식코팅.
- 제35항에 있어서, 베이킹 공정에 선행하여, 상기 코팅된 금속 부품이, 70℃정도의 온도에서 10~30분간의 연속적인(on line) 대류에 의한 건조 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품용 방식코팅.
- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 코팅이 3~15㎛(11~55 g/m2) 의 건조 필름 두께로, 보호될 금속 부품에 적용(apply)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 부품용 방식코팅.
- 제33항에 기재된 방식코팅을 갖는 금속 기판.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 철인 기판.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 방식코팅 그 자체가 알칼리성 규산염, 아크릴 수지, 지르콘산염, 티탄산염, 실란(silane), 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에 하나를 포함하는 다른 코팅으로 코팅되며, 이들 수지는 임의로 콜로이드성 실리카와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 방식코팅은 그 자체가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, MoS2, 흑연, 폴리술폰, 합성 또는 천연 왁스, 질화물, 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 윤활제를 포함하는 다른 코팅으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
