Claims (10)
- 제 1 도메인, 제 2 도메인 및 제 3 도메인으로 이루어지는 복수의 도메인을 가지는 화소 영역에 반사부와 투과부가 정의되며, 제 1 도메인은 반사부이며, 제 2 도메인 및 제 3 도메인은 투과부인 반사투과형 액정표시장치에서,제 1 기판 상에 교차 배치된 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선과;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차점에 형성된 게이트 전극, 반도체층, 소스 및 드레인 전극으로 이루어진 박막 트랜지스터와;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되며, 상기 제 1 도메인에 형성된 제 1 화소전극, 상기 제 2 도메인에 형성된 제 2 화소전극 및 상기 제 3 도메인에 형성된 제 3 화소 전극과;상기 제 1 화소전극과 제 2 화소전극을 연결하는 제 1 연결화소전극 및 상기 제 2 화소전극과 제 3 화소전극을 연결하는 제 2 연결화소전극과;상기 화소 전극 내부에 형성되어 상기 복수의 도메인을 정의하는 슬릿과;상기 반사부에 형성된 제 1 스토리지 전극과, 상기 투과부에 형성된 제 1 연결화소전극 하부에 형성된 제 2 스토리지 전극과, 상기 투과부에 형성된 제 2 연결화소전극 하부에 형성된 제 3 스토리지 전극과;상기 반사부에 형성되는 제 1 스토리지 캐패시터와 상기 투과부에 형성되는 제 2 스토리지 캐패시터 및 제 3 스토리지 캐패시터와;상기 반사부에 형성된 반사 전극과;상기 제 1 기판과 대향하며 그 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 제 2 기판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사부에 요철구조를 가지고, 상기 투과부에 식각홈을 가지는 유기절연막을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 게이트 배선과 소정 간격 이격되어 상기 제 1, 2 스토리지 전극과 연결된 스토리지 배선을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 스토리지 전극은 상기 슬릿 위치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 액정 분자가 수직배향된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 투과부의 면적은 상기 반사부의 면적보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기판 상에 상기 화소 영역 주변에 대응하는 위치에 블랙 매트릭스와 화소 영역에 대응하는 위치에 컬러 필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기판의 각 도메인에 유전체 돌기가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 투과부의 셀갭은 상기 반사부의 셀갭의 두 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
