Claims (5)
- T 의 형상으로 배치된 금속 부분들의 조립체를 위한 레이저 용접 방법으로서, T 의 스템(stem)은 평행한 표면을 가진 스템 플레이트(10)로 형성되고, 조립체는 외부 표면을 통하여 T 의 헤드 측으로부터 단지 접근할 수 있으며, 상기 레이저 용접 방법은,- 서로 근접하게 부분들을 T 조립하는 단계,- 2 개의 용접 축들 각각이 T 의 스템을 형성하는 스템 플레이트(10)의 표면들중 하나에 접선이 되도록, 서로에 대하여 평행하며 T 의 헤드의 상부 표면에 직각인 2 개의 레이저 비임(21)들에 의하여 동시에 만들어진 2 개의 용접부들에 의해서, T 헤드의 외측 표면을 통하여 조립체를 레이저 용접하는 단계를 구비하고,2 개의 레이저 비임(21)들은 스템 플레이트(10)의 두께와 같은 주어진 분리 간격을 가지며,스템 플레이트(10)에는 결정된 길이와 두께를 가진 탭(11)이 제공되고, 조립체는 헤드 부분(15)을 구비하고, 헤드 부분(15)은 T 의 헤드를 형성하며, 헤드 부분(15)에는 탭(11)의 치수에 대응하는 길이와 두께를 가진 슬롯(16)이 제공되는, 레이저 용접 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2 개의 용접부들은 2 초점 용접 헤드(20)로써 동시에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레이저 용접 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,탭(11)의 높이는 헤드 부분(15)의 두께 보다 약간 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 레이저 용접 방법.
