Claims (6)
- 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진에 있어서,피스톤의 정상면에 실린더 헤드측을 향해서 개구되어 형성된 연소실과,상기 실린더 헤드에 설치되고 또한 상기 연소실을 향해서 연료를 분사하는 연료 분사 노즐과,연료 분사 노즐로부터의 연료의 분사 시기를 제어하는 제어장치를 구비하고,상기 연소실은 상기 개구를 형성하는 원형의 둘레가장자리를 보유하며 상기 정상면으로부터 핀 보스측으로 움푹 들어가서 형성된 제 1용적부와,상기 제 1용적부의 중앙에 상기 제 1용적부보다도 더욱 상기 핀 보스측으로 움푹 들어가서 형성된 제 2용적부를 보유하며,상기 제어장치는, 피스톤 압축행정의 말기부터 개시시키는 상기 연료 분사 노즐로부터의 연료분사를 상기 피스톤의 이동에 의해 상기 제 2용적부로부터 상기 제 1용적부에 걸쳐서 연속해서 행하게 함과 아울러,엔진 회전속도와 엔진 부하에 따라서, 또는 엔진 회전속도에 따라서, 혹은 엔진 부하에 따라서 상기 분사 시기를 제어하는 것에 의해서, 분사 개시로부터 상기 제 1용적부와 상기 제 2용적부의 경계부에 도달할 때까지의 분사 기간을 전체 연료 분사 기간의 40~70%로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진.
- 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진에 있어서,피스톤의 정상면에 실린더 헤드측을 향해서 개구되어 형성된 연소실과,상기 실린더 헤드에 형성되고 또한 상기 연소실을 향해서 연료를 분사하는 연료 분사 노즐과,연료 분사 노즐로부터의 연료의 분사 시기를 제어하는 제어장치를 구비하고,상기 연소실은 상기 개구를 형성하는 원형의 둘레가장자리를 보유하며 상기 정상면으로부터 핀 보스측으로 움푹 들어가서 형성된 제 1용적부와,상기 제 1용적부의 중앙에 상기 제 1용적부보다도 더욱 상기 핀 보스측으로 움푹 들어가서 형성된 제 2용적부를 보유하며,상기 제어장치는, 피스톤 압축행정의 말기부터 개시시키는 상기 분사 노즐로부터의 연료분사를 제 1회째의 연료분사로서, 상기 제 2용적부의 내주벽면부를 향해서 행하게 함과 아울러, 제 2회째의 연료분사로서, 상기 제 1용적부의 저면을 향해서 행하게 하고,또 엔진 회전속도와 엔진 부하에 따라서, 또는 엔진 회전속도에 따라서, 혹은 엔진 부하에 따라서 상기 분사 시기를 제어하는 것에 의해서, 상기 제 2회째의 연료분사를 상기 제 1회째의 연료분사와는 단속적으로 행하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1용적부의 저면은 상기 피스톤의 외주부의 정상면으로부터 중심을 향함에 따라서 상기 핀 보스측으로 깊어지는 경사면에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2용적부의 저면에는 내주벽면부로부터 반경방향 안쪽을 향함에 따라서 상기 정상면측으로 높아지는 경사면부에 의해 원추부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 피스톤의 외경에 대한 상기 제 2용적부의 내경의 비가 0.4~0.6이며, 상기 제 2용적부의 내경에 대한 상기 제 1용적부의 내경의 비가 1.3~2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1용적부와 상기 제 2용적부의 경계부에 형성되는 에지의 반경은 상기 피스톤의 외경의 3%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 직접 분사식 디젤 엔진.
