Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 피브릴화 셀룰로오스; 비피브릴화 섬유; 및 연화점, 융점, 열 분해 온도가 모두 250 ℃ 이상, 700 ℃ 이하의 피브릴화 내열성 섬유를 함유하는 습식 부직포로 이루어지고,피브릴화 내열성 섬유 25 질량% 내지 60 질량%, 피브릴화 셀룰로오스 10 질량% 내지 20 질량% 및 비피브릴화 섬유 20 질량% 내지 65 질량%의 양으로 배합된 것이며,(1) 피브릴화 내열성 섬유의 배합량이 40 질량% 이상인 경우, 융점이 200 ℃ 미만인 성분을 갖는 비피브릴화 섬유의 배합량이 0 질량% 내지 30 질량%이고,(2) 피브릴화 내열성 섬유의 배합량이 25 질량% 이상, 40 질량% 미만인 경우, 융점이 200 ℃ 미만인 성분을 갖는 비피브릴화 섬유의 배합량이 0 질량% 내지 20 질량%이고, 연화점, 융점, 열 분해 온도가 모두 250 ℃ 이상, 700 ℃ 이하인 비피브릴화 내열성 섬유의 배합량이 10 질량% 이상인,상기 습식 부직포를 250 ℃에서 50 시간 동안 열 처리했을 때의 MD(machine direction)와 CD(MD에 대하여 직각인 방향)의 치수 변화율이 모두 -3 % 내지 +1 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피브릴화 내열성 섬유가 전체 방향족 폴리아미드, 전체 방향족 폴리에스테르, 전체 방향족 폴리에스테르아미드, 전체 방향족 폴리에테르, 전체 방향족 폴리카르보네이트, 전체 방향족 폴리아조메틴, 폴리페닐렌술피드, 폴리-p-페닐렌벤조비스티아졸, 폴리벤조이미다졸, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 폴리-p-페닐렌-2,6-벤조비스옥사졸로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피브릴화 내열성 섬유가 전체 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전체 방향족 폴리아미드가 폴리(파라페닐렌테레프탈아미드), 폴리(파라벤즈아미드), 폴리(파라아미드히드라지드), 폴리(파라페닐렌테레프탈 아미드-3,4-디페닐에테르테레프탈아미드), 폴리(4,4'-벤즈아닐리드테레프탈아미드), 폴리(파라페닐렌-4,4'-비페닐렌디카르복실산아미드), 폴리(파라페닐렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산아미드), 폴리(2-클로로-p-페닐렌테레프탈아미드) 및 코폴리파라페닐렌-3,4'-옥시디페닐렌테레프탈아미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 파라계 전체 방향족 폴리아미드인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피브릴화 내열성 섬유가 전체 방향족 폴리에스테르 섬유인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전체 방향족 폴리에스테르가 방향족 디올, 방향족 디카르복실산, 방향족 히드록시카르복실산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 단량체를 중합시켜 얻어지는 것인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 청구항 7은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제1항에 있어서, 피브릴화 셀룰로오스가 식물의 유세포로부터 얻어진 셀룰로오스인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.

- 제11항에 있어서, 전기 이중층 캐패시터용 세퍼레이터가 상기 습식 부직포를 250 ℃에서 50 시간 동안 열 처리한 후의 밀도가 0.25 g/㎤ 이상, 0.55 g/㎤ 이하이고 최대 공경이 3.5 ㎛ 이하, 또한 압력이 0.1 bar일 때의 통기도가 0.3 ℓ/분/㎠ 이상, 3 ℓ/분/㎠ 미만의 성질을 갖는 것인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 전해 콘덴서용 세퍼레이터로서 사용되는 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 고체 전해 콘덴서용 세퍼레이터가 상기 습식 부직포를 280 ℃에서 60 분간 열 처리 후, JIS L1907의 적하법으로 적하한 물방울이 평면 방향으로 스며들어 발생한 습윤 영역의 60 초 후의 장경(longer diameter)이 20 mm 이상인 성질을 갖는 것인 전기 화학 소자용 세퍼레이터.
