Claims (25)
- 알루미늄 입자와 표면 처리제를 함유하는 알루미늄 액상 조성물; 및글래스 프릿;을 함유하고,상기 표면 처리제는 적어도 550℃의 온도에서 소성 과정을 거친 후에도 알루미늄 입자의 표면에 잔류하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 액상 조성물은 60 내지 68 중량부, 상기 글래스 프릿은 2.5 내지 5.5 중량부로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페이스트에서 상기 표면 처리제를 3 내지 34 중량부, 상기 알루미늄 입자를 18 내지 40.8 중량부로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 액상 조성물은 용매와 분산제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 액상 조성물은 산화 방지제, 광안정제, 자외 선 흡수제, 윤활제, 안료, 난연제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 첨가제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 상기 알루미늄 액상 조성물 100 중량부를 기준으로 5 중량부로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리제는 에틸 셀룰로오스 및 그 유도체들 중에서 선택된 것을 함유하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리제는 메틸셀룰로오스, 에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 벤질셀룰로오스, 트리틸셀룰로오스, 시아노에틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시에틸셀룰로오스, 아미노에틸셀룰로오스 및 이들의 유도체들로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 표면 처리제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 입자의 평균 반지름은 0.5 ㎛ 내지 5 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제, 가교제 및 바인더를 포함하는 비히클을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 비히클 100 중량부를 기준으로 상기 광개시제를 0.01 내지 4.5 중량부로, 상기 가교제를 0.01 내지 2 중량부, 상기 바인더를 0.05 내지 5 중량부로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극용 페이스트.
- 알루미늄 입자들의 소성체, 표면 처리제, 글래스 프릿을 포함하고, 20 μΩ?㎝ 이하의 비저항을 갖고,상기 표면 처리제는 적어도 550℃의 온도에서 소성 과정을 거친 후에도 알루미늄 입자의 표면에 잔류하는 PDP 전극.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 입자는 평균 반지름은 5 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극.

- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리제는 에틸 셀룰로오스 및 그 유도체들 중에서 선택되는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극.

- 알루미늄 입자와 표면 처리제를 함유하는 알루미늄 액상 조성물을 제공하는 단계;상기 알루미늄 액상 조성물에 글래스 프릿과 광개시제를 첨가하여 페이스트를 제조하는 단계;기판 상에 상기 페이스트를 도포하는 단계;상기 페이스트를 건조하여 도전층을 형성하는 단계;상기 도전층을 패터닝하여 패턴화된 도전층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 패턴화된 도전층을 소성하여 전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 전극은 20 μΩ?㎝ 이하의 비저항을 갖는 PDP 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 페이스트를 건조하는 단계는 50 내지 130 ℃ 에서 5 내지 30분 동안 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 패턴화된 도전층은 상기 도전층을 노출하여 노출 영역을 갖는 노출된 도전층을 형성하고, 상기 노출된 도전층을 현상하여 노출되지 않은 영역을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 패턴화된 도전층을 소성하는 단계는 550 ℃ 내지 650 ℃, 온도에서 10 분 내지 3시간 동안 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 입자는 5 ㎛ 이하의 평균 반지름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 PDP 전극의 제조 방법.
