Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- (a) 전도성 분말, (b) 흑색도(L*)가 0 초과, 85 이하인 착색 유리프릿, (c) 유기바인더 및 (d) 용제를 포함하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 (a)전도성 분말 30~90중량%, (b)착색 유리프릿 1~20중량%, (c)유기 바인더 1~20중량% 및 잔량으로서 (d)용제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 분말은 금, 은, 구리, 니켈, 팔라듐, 백금, 알루미늄 중 선택되는 하나 또는 이들의 합금 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 착색 유리프릿은 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 크롬(Cr), 구리(Cu), 철(Fe), 알루미늄(Al), 니켈(Ni), 아연(Zn), 루테늄(Ru), 로듐(Rh) 으로부터 선택되는 금속산화물 또는 이들의 복합금속 산화물 중 하나 이상의 성분을 0.1~20 중량% 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리프릿의 연화 온도는 300 내지 600℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 바인더는 아크릴계 고분자 및 셀룰로오스계 고분자에서 선택되는 것을 단독 또는 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용제는 120℃ 이상의 비점을 가지는 것으로, 메틸 셀로솔브(Methyl Cellosolve), 에틸 셀로솔브(Ethyl Cellosolve), 부틸 셀로솔브(Butyl Cellosolve), 지방족 알코올(Alcohol), α-터피네올(Terpineol), β-터피네올, 다이하이드로 터피네올(Dihydro-terpineol), 에틸렌 글리콜(Ethylene Grycol), 에틸렌 글리콜 모노 부틸 에테르(Ethylene glycol mono butyl ether), 부틸셀로솔브 아세테이트(Butyl Cellosolve acetate), 텍사놀(Texanol) 중 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 상기 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 철, 코발트, 구리, 크롬, 망간, 알루미늄, 니켈을 포함하는 금속 산화물 또는 이들의 복합 금속 산화물 중 선택된 1종 이상의 흑색 안료를 1~20중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 상기 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 광중합성 화합물 1~20중량부와 광중합 개시제 0.1~10중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 자외선 안정제, 점도 안정제, 소포제, 분산제, 레벨링제, 산 화방지제, 열중합금지제로 구성되는 첨가제를 하나 이상 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 형성용 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 이용하여 스크린 인쇄법, 오프셋인쇄법, 또는 포토리소그래피법을 이용하여 제조된 전극.
- 전면기판과 상기 전면기판과 대향하는 배면기판;상기 전면기판과 배면기판이 서로 대향하는 면의 전면기판 상에 횡방향으로 배열되어 있는 투명전극;상기 투명전극 상에 형성되는 버스전극;상기 전면기판과 상기 배면기판이 서로 대향하는 면의 배면기판 상에 종방향으로 형성되는 어드레스 전극을 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에 있어서,상기 버스전극, 상기 어드레스 전극 중 하나 또는 두 개의 전극은 제11항의 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
