Claims (4)
- 구동 쉬브(driving sheave, 5)와, 상기 구동 쉬브(5)를 회전시키는 모터(4)를 가지는 권상기(hoisting machine, 3),상기 구동 쉬브(5)에 감겨지고, 엘리베이터칸(1) 및 균형추(2)가 매달려있는 현가 수단(suspension mean, 7),상기 현가 수단(7)에 의해 현가되어, 상기 권상기(3)에 의해 승강되는 엘리베이터칸(1),상기 모터(4)에 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 전력 변환 장치(8), 및상기 전력 변환 장치(8)를 제어하는 제어 장치(11)를 구비하고,상기 제어 장치(11)는 상기 엘리베이터칸(1)의 주행시에, 상기 권상기(3)의 회생 운전시에 있어서 회생 전압의 최대값을 추정하고, 추정되는 회생 전압의 최대값이 소정의 전압 제한값에 도달하면, 추정되는 회생 전압의 최대값 증가를 멈추도록 상기 전력 변환 장치(8)를 제어하는 엘리베이터 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제어 장치(11)는 상기 엘리베이터칸(1)의 가속도를 감소시키는 것에 의해, 추정되는 회생 전압의 최대값 증가를 멈추는 엘리베이터 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모터(4)는 d축 전류와 q축 전류에 의해 구동되는 동기(同期) 모터이고,상기 제어 장치(11)는 상기 d축 전류, 상기 q축 전류 및 상기 모터(4)의 각속도(角速度)에 기초하여, 상기 회생 전압의 최대값을 추정하는 엘리베이터 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 제어 장치(11)는 상기 d축 전류를 미리 정해진 값으로 하고, 상기 q축 전류를 가속 토크, 부하 토크, 및 로스 토크 중 하나 이상에 기초하여 정한 값으로 하는 엘리베이터 장치.
