Claims (6)
- 정류 브리지로부터 정류된 전원 전압을 받는 제한 저항과,발광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자와 직접 접속된 전류 제한용 인덕터의 직렬 접속부와,상기 직렬 접속부에 병렬로 접속되고, 상기 전류 제한용 인덕터에 축적된 에너지를 회생시키는 회생부와,상기 발광 소자 및 상기 전류 제한용 인덕터에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 스위치 소자와,상기 스위치 소자의 동작을 제어하는 제어부와,상기 전류 제한용 인덕터와 전자기적으로 결합하고, 상기 제어부에 전원 전력의 적어도 일부를 공급하는 전원용 인덕터를 구비하고,상기 제한 저항으로부터의 전류와 상기 전원용 인덕터로부터의 전류가 합류하여 상기 제어부에 공급되며,상기 제어부는, 상기 발광 소자에 인가되는 전원 전압의 시간적인 변화에 따라서 상기 스위치 소자를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 드라이버 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 상기 전원 전압이 소정의 임계치 이하로 된 경우에 상기 스위치 소자의 스위칭을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 드라이버 회로.
- 정류 브리지로부터 정류된 전원 전압을 받는 제한 저항과,발광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자와 직접 접속된 전류 제한용 인덕터의 직렬 접속부와,상기 직렬 접속부에 병렬로 접속되고, 상기 전류 제한용 인덕터에 축적된 에너지를 회생시키는 회생부와,상기 발광 소자 및 상기 전류 제한용 인덕터에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 스위치 소자와,상기 스위치 소자의 동작을 제어하는 제어부와,상기 전류 제한용 인덕터와 전자기적으로 결합하는 타이밍용 인덕터와,상기 타이밍용 인덕터로부터의 신호를 수신하여, 하강 전압의 타이밍을 검출해서, 제어 신호를 출력하는 타이밍 검출 회로와,상기 전류 제한용 인덕터와 전자기적으로 결합하고, 상기 제어부에 전원 전력의 적어도 일부를 공급하는 전원용 인덕터를 구비하고,상기 제한 저항으로부터의 전류와 상기 전원용 인덕터로부터의 전류가 합류하여 상기 제어부에 공급되며,상기 제어 신호에 따라서, 상기 스위치 소자의 단자간 전압이 극소로 되는 타이밍에서 상기 스위치 소자를 오프 상태로부터 온 상태로 절환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 드라이버 회로.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류 제한용 인덕터와 전자기적으로 결합하고, 상기 제어부 이외의 회로에 전력을 공급하는 보조 인덕터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 드라이버 회로.
