Claims (8)
- 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드; 및 열 또는 자외선 경화형 수지, 경화개시제, 및 용매 중 하나 또는 그 이상;을 포함하며,상기 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드에 있어서 알루미늄은 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드의 0.1~10 at.%로 도핑되며,상기 열 또는 자외선 경화형 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 경화 개시제(B) 0.1~20 중량부, 상기 용매(C) 20~100 중량부, 및 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드 0.1~50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하드 코팅액.

- 제1항에 있어서,알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드는 도전성을 가지며 나노로드의 두께가 2nm~1μm이며 길이가 10nm~10μm를 가지는 나노로드 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하드 코팅액.
- 기재 필름; 및상기 기재 필름의 한쪽면에 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드을 포함하는 대전 방지성 하드 코팅액으로 형성한 코팅층;을 포함하며,상기 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드에 있어서 알루미늄은 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드의 0.1~10 at.%로 도핑되며,상기 대전 방지성 하드 코팅액은 열 또는 자외선 경화형 수지 및 경화개시제, 용매를 추가로 포함하며,상기 열 또는 자외선 경화형 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 경화 개시제(B) 0.1~20 중량부, 상기 용매(C) 20~100 중량부, 및 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드 0.1~50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하드 코팅 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 기재 필름의 다른 한쪽 면에 형성된 점착층; 및상기 점착층의 다른 한쪽 면에 부착되는 이형 필름;을 추가로 포함하는, 하드 코팅 필름.
- 기재 필름;상기 기재 필름의 양쪽면에 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드을 포함하는 대전 방지성 하드 코팅액으로 형성한 코팅층; 및상기 기재 필름의 양쪽면에 부착되는 보호 필름;을 포함하며,상기 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드에 있어서 알루미늄은 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드의 0.1~10 at.%로 도핑되며,상기 대전 방지성 하드 코팅액은 열 또는 자외선 경화형 수지 및 경화개시제, 용매를 추가로 포함하며,상기 열 또는 자외선 경화형 수지(A) 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 경화 개시제(B) 0.1~20 중량부, 상기 용매(C) 20~100 중량부, 및 알루미늄이 도핑된 산화아연 나노로드 0.1~50 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하드 코팅 필름.
