Claims (5)
- 점착제층, 경화된 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트층 및 하드코트층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있는 표면보호용 점착시트로서,상기 경화된 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트층은, 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 20,000인 2관능 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트를 해당 2관능 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트와 비닐피롤리돈, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르, 3관능 이상의 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 그외의 중합성 화합물의 합계량에 대해서 80질량% 이상 함유하는 경화성 조성물을 경화시킨 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트층인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 선명성 및 내절곡성이 우수한 표면보호용 점착시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트층의 두께가 2 내지 30㎛이며, 상기 하드코트층의 두께는 2 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면보호용 점착시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하드코트층은 필러를 함유한 하드코트층인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면보호용 점착시트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하드코트층에 함유되어 있는 필러는 평균 입자직경 0.3 내지 5㎛의 필러인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면보호용 점착시트.
- 이형제층을 가지는 플라스틱 필름의 이형제층의 표면에, 중량 평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 20,000인 2관능 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트를 해당 2관능 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트와 비닐피롤리돈, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르, 3관능 이상의 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 그외의 중합성 화합물의 합계량에 대해서 80질량% 이상 함유하는 경화성 조성물을 도포시키고 경화시켜, 경화된 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트층을 형성하는 단계;상기 경화된 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트층의 표면에 하드코트제를 도포시키고 경화시켜, 하드코트층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 하드코트층의 표면에 공정필름을 붙이는 단계; 및이어서, 상기 이형제층을 가지는 플라스틱 필름을 박리시켜, 상기 경화된 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트층이 노출된 표면에 점착제층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면보호용 점착시트의 제조방법.
