Claims (5)
- 지지판에 있어서의 표리 양면 중 한쪽의 면에, 원료수를 가열용 유체와의 열교환으로 비등 증발시키는 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기, 및 수증기를 냉각용 유체와의 열교환으로 응축시키는 응축용 플레이트식 열교환기를, 나란히 설치하는 한편, 상기 지지판에 있어서의 표리 양면 중 다른쪽의 면측에 원료수와 수증기를 분리하는 기액 분리탱크를 배치하여 이루어지는 플레이트식 조수장치에 있어서,상기 지지판에는, 상기 지지판에 있어서의 한쪽의 면에 설치된 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 각 원료수 통로로부터의 비등수 출구통로에 연통하는 비등수 출구 포트와, 동일하게 상기 지지판에 있어서의 한쪽의 면에 설치된 상기 응축용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 각 수증기 통로로의 수증기 입구통로에 연통하는 수증기 입구 포트를, 상기 지지판에 있어서의 다른쪽의 면에 개구하도록 형성하는 한편,상기 기액 분리탱크를 그 중 상기 지지판 측의 부분을 개방하는 구성으로 하고,상기 기액 분리탱크를, 상기 지지판에 있어서의 다른쪽의 면에, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 상기 비등수 출구 포트 및 상기 응축용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 상기 수증기 입구 포트가 상기 개방한 부분에 있어서 기액 분리탱크 내에 직접 개구하고, 또, 상기 개방한 부분을 상기 지지판에서 폐색하도록 플랜지 접합으로 설치하고,상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 비등수 출구통로 및 이것이 연통하는 비등수 출구 포트와, 상기 응축용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 수증기 입구통로 및 이것이 연통하는 수증기 입구 포트를, 서로 평행하게 연장되는 긴 홈구멍의 형태로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트식 조수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기액 분리탱크에 있어서의 내부 중 상기 비등수 출구 포트 및 상기 수증기 입구 포트와의 사이의 부분에, 상기 비등수 출구 포트로부터 상기 수증기 입구 포트에 걸쳐 수증기 중의 물방울을 포집하기 위한 물방울 제거기를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트식 조수장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 비등수 출구통로 및 이것이 연통하는 비등수 출구 포트를, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 적층방향으로부터 바라봐서 상단에 있어서의 중앙의 부위에 위치시키는 한편, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 각 원료수 통로로의 원료수 입구통로를, 2개 이상으로 하여, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 적층방향으로부터 바라봐서 하단에 있어서의 좌우 양측의 코너부에 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트식 조수장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 비등수 출구통로를, 가로로 긴 홈구멍의 형태로 하여, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 적층방향으로부터 바라봐서 상단에 있어서의 중앙의 부위에 위치시키는 한편, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 각 원료수 통로로의 원료수 입구통로를, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 적층방향으로부터 바라봐서 하단의 부위에 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트식 조수장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 열교환 플레이트와, 상기 응축용 플레이트식 열교환기에 있어서의 열교환 플레이트를, 일체의 열교환 플레이트로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트식 조수장치.
