図1は、本発明の実施形態1のプレート式熱交換器100の模式的な外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1の側面図である。図1,図2には、淡水化装置に収容されるプレート式熱交換器100を示している。なお、本実施形態では、淡水化装置に対するプレート式熱交換器の使用態様について説明するが、このプレート式熱交換器は、浄水化装置にも使用することができる。
図5(a)〜図5(c)は、本発明の実施形態2に係るプレート式熱交換器100の模式的な外観を示す斜視図である。図5(a)には、プレート式熱交換器100に対して例えば3本の回転軸150が取り付けられている例を示している。もっとも、回転軸150の数は、熱交換プレート121の縦横比に応じて適宜決定すればよいが、熱交換プレート121の強度維持のため、可能な限り少なくするとよい。
図6は、本発明の実施形態3に係る熱交換プレート121の模式的な外観を示す平面図である。本実施形態では、筐体130及び熱交換部120を貫く態様で回転軸150を設けることに代えて、一方を固定端として、かつ、他方を自由端としたスティック154を熱交換プレート121に取り付けている状態を示している。
Claims (5)
- 処理対象の液体がその内部を流れる複数の熱交換プレートを相互に連結し、前記熱交換プレートに複数のディンプルを設け、前記熱交換プレートの前記内部を流れる各々の前記液体の流路に回動可能部材を設け、前記回動可能部材の回転により、前記液体に含まれている成分の凝固物が前記熱交換プレートの前記内部の内壁に付着することが防止される、プレート式熱交換器。
- 前記各熱交換プレートには、1以上の回動可能部材が設けられている、請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記回動可能部材は、前記液体の進行によって回動される、又は、手動或いは駆動源によって回動される、請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器を備える淡水化装置。
- 請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器を備える浄水化装置。
