Claims (5)
- 제1 축의 선단에 설치된 제1 기어와 제2 축에 설치된 제2 기어의 맞물림에 의하여 구성되는 감속기구를 케이싱 내에 가지는 감속장치의 축 지지구조로서,상기 제1 기어가 설치된 제1 축을, 전동체(轉動體)인 한 쌍의 롤러 열(列)이 배면 조합으로 끼워 넣어진 앵귤러 롤러 베어링으로 지지함과 함께,상기 앵귤러 롤러 베어링의 상기 한 쌍의 롤러 열의 작용점의 상기 제1 축 상의 스팬 내에, 상기 제1 기어와 제2 기어가 맞물리는 범위의 상기 제1 축 상에서의 투영범위의 중점을 존재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 감속장치의 축 지지구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 기어가, 직교기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 감속장치의 축 지지구조.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 앵귤러 롤러 베어링의 접촉각이 45도로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감속장치의 축 지지구조.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 감속장치가 상기 감속기구의 전단(前段)에 전단 감속기구를 구비하고, 상기 전단 감속기구의 출력부재가 상기 앵귤러 롤러 베어링의 내륜에 고정되며, 또한, 상기 제1 축이, 상기 출력부재 또는 상기 내륜에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감속장치의 축 지지구조.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 앵귤러 롤러 베어링이, 상기 한 쌍의 롤러 열을 복열(複列)식으로 가지는 단일의 베어링으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감속장치의 축 지지구조.
