Claims (6)
- ケーシング内に減速機構を有し、該減速機構を構成する歯車を支持する軸を備えた減速装置であって、
内輪、外輪、及びこの内輪と外輪との間に配置された転動体を有し、前記軸を支持する軸受と、
前記内輪に前記軸を直接取り付け・取り外し可能とする脱着手段と、を備え、
前記外輪が、前記ケーシングにて支持され、
前記脱着手段が、前記軸受を前記ケーシングに組み付けた状態のまま前記軸を前記内輪に直接取り付け可能で、且つ前記軸受を前記ケーシングに組み付けた状態のまま前記軸を前記内輪から取り外し可能な構成とされ、
前記軸として、互いにホロー径は異なるが、前記内輪に当接する部分の外径は等しい第1軸および第2軸を有し、
前記脱着手段によって、前記第1軸と第2軸が相互に交換可能とされた
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記内輪に、前記軸と共に回転するべき歯車が固定されており、
前記脱着手段が、更に前記内輪に該歯車をも組み付けた状態のまま前記軸を前記内輪から取り外し可能な構成とされている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記脱着手段が、前記軸の半径方向に突出形成されたフランジ部、該フランジ部に軸方向に貫通形成されたボルト挿通孔、該ボルト挿通孔に挿入されるボルト、及び該ボルトが螺入される前記内輪のボルト孔によって構成されている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記軸受が、単一の内輪によって前記軸を支持している
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記軸が、入力軸または出力軸とされている
ことを特徴とする減速装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかにおいて、
前記第1軸および第2軸は、一端部の外径が、前記内輪に当接する部分の外径よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする減速装置。
