Claims (4)
- (A) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 25 ℃에서의 동점도가 50 내지 500000 ㎟/s인 오르가노폴리실록산 3 내지 30 질량%,(B) 10 W/(m·K) 이상의 열전도율을 갖는 열전도성 충전재 60 내지 96.9 질량% 및(C) 상기 (A) 성분을 분산 또는 용해하는, 비점이 80 내지 260 ℃인 이소파라핀계 용제 0.1 내지 10 질량%를 포함하고인쇄 도포에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열용 실리콘 그리스 조성물.<화학식 1>R1 aSiO(4-a)/2식 중, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 포화 또는 불포화의 1가 탄화수소기의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 기이고, a는 1.8≤a≤2.2의 양수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (D) 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 오르가노실란 또는 그의 부분 가수 분해 축합물을 상기 성분 (A), (B), (C)의 합계량 100 질량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 10 질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열용 실리콘 그리스 조성물.<화학식 2>R2 bR3 cSi(OR4)4-b-c식 중, R2는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 비치환 또는 치환의 1가 알킬기의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 기이고, R3은 탄소수 1 내지 20의 비치환 또는 치환의 1가 탄화수소기의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 기이며, R4는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 1가 알킬기의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 기이고, b는 1 내지 3의 정수이며, c는 0 내지 2의 정수이고, b+c는 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방열용 실리콘 그리스 조성물을 인쇄 방법에 의해 방열체 표면에 도포한 후, 상기 조성물에 함유되어 있는 상기 용제를 휘발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열용 실리콘 그리스 조성물의 사용 방법.
