Claims (20)

- 분리 에지들과 상기 분리 에지들에 대해 소정의 각도로 연장하는 횡방향 에지, 및 길이방향 축에 대해 소정의 각도로 배치되고 구멍들을 구비하는 편향 부재들을 포함하는, 혼합될 재료를 다수의 유동으로 분리하기 위한 혼합 부재들 및 상기 유동들의 다층 합류를 위한 수단을 포함하는 스태틱 믹서에 있어서,상기 혼합 부재는 측방향 단부 섹션들을 갖는 다음의 안내 벽들과 상기 안내 벽들 사이에 배치되는 하나 이상의 하부 섹션을 갖는 두 개 이상의 분리 에지들과, 횡방향 안내 벽의 일단부에 배치되어 상기 횡방향 에지의 일측면 상의 하나 이상의 구멍과 상기 횡방향 에지의 다른 측면 상의 두 개 이상의 구멍을 형성하는 횡방향 에지를 포함하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽들의 상기 섹션들은 편평하고 공통의 각도로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 믹서의 인클로져(3)는 둥근 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 믹서의 인클로져(3)는 직사각형 단면을 갖고, 상기 안내 벽들(4', 5') 다음의 상기 두 개 이상의 분리 에지들(4, 5)은 상기 횡방향 안내 벽(8')을 갖는 상기 하나 이상의 횡방향 에지(8)에 대해 수직으로 배치되고, 상기 측방향 단부 섹션들(6, 7)과 상기 하부 섹션(9)은 상기 안내 벽들에 대해 수직으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽들은 만곡되고, 상기 두 개 이상의 안내 벽들(17', 18')은 상기 혼합 부재의 일단부에서 상기 분리 에지들(17, 18)을 갖고 상기 믹서의 다른 단부에 배치된 횡방향 에지(21)에서 종료하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 믹서의 인클로져(16)는 둥글고, 상기 혼합 부재(15, 15', 15")는 두 개의 측방향 단부 섹션(19, 20)과 하나 이상의 하부 섹션(22)을 포함하는 안내 벽들(17',18')에 의해 연결된 하나의 횡방향 에지(21)와 두 개 이상의 분리 에지들(17, 18)를 포함하고, 상기 연결하는 안내 벽들은 상기 분리 에지들과 상기 횡방향 에지 사이에 만곡되고 연속적인 천이부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,연속적인 혼합 부재들(2, 2', 2"; 15, 15', 15")은 각각 길이방향 축에 대해 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 연속적인 혼합 부재들은 길이방향 축에 대해 180°만큼 각각 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,혼합 부재들(2, 2', 2"; 15, 15', 15"; 47a-47e; 48a, 48b, 49a-49e)은 혼합 그룹들(27, 29)로서 모이고, 하나 이상의 혼합 나선 부재가 상기 혼합 그룹들 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 믹서는 혼합 나선 부재(28)에 이어서 혼합 부재들(15)의 제 1 혼합 그룹(27)이 따르고 그 다음에 제 2 혼합 그룹(29)이 따르며 그렇게 연속적으로 포함하고, 상기 혼합 나선 부재의 입구 에지(31)는 상기 혼합 그룹의 마지막 혼합 부재의 횡방향 에지(21)에 대해 실질적으로 수직으로 연장하고, 상기 제 2 혼합 그룹은 유동 방향에서 180°만큼 역전되어 상기 혼합 부재(15)의 상기 횡방향 에지(21)가 혼합 나선 부재의 출구 에지(30)에 대해 실질적으로 수직으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽들(50, 51)의 높이(ZL)는 상기 횡방향 안내 벽(55)의 높이(ZQ)보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 횡방향 안내 벽(55)의 높이(ZQ)는 상기 안내 벽들(50, 51)의 높이(ZL)보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽의 높이(ZL)는 상기 횡방향 안내 벽의 높이(ZQ)의 1.1 내지 2.0배가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 횡방향 안내 벽의 높이(ZQ)는 상기 안내 벽의 높이(ZL)의 1.1 내지 2.0배가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 안내 벽들(50, 51)은 내부에, 또는 외부에 또는 내부와 외부 모두에 경사진 웹들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,길이방향 웹들(54)이 두 개의 인접한 혼합 부재들의 안내 벽들 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 하부 섹션들(9)과 상기 안내 벽들(50, 51)은 무용 영역 밀폐부들(TZV1, TZV2, TZV3, TZV4)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 따른 믹서의 작동방법에 있어서,재료가 상기 횡방향 에지(8, 21, 45)에 먼저 도달하는 경우에, 상기 혼합 부재(2, 2', 2"; 15, 15', 15")는 먼저 재료 유동을 두 개의 유동들(G, H)로 분할하고 상기 두 개의 유동들을 출구에서 6개 이상의 유동들(AG, BG, CG, AH, BH, CH)으로 분할하도록 구성되고, 두 개의 혼합된 유동들(BG가 AG 및 CG와 혼합)이 상기 횡방향 에지(8, 21, 45)의 일 측면을 향하고 하나의 혼합된 유동(AH 및 CH가 BH와 혼합)이 상기 횡방향 에지의 다른 측면을 향하도록 하며 이어서 상기 안내 벽들에 의해 각각 3개의 유동들로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 따른 믹서의 작동방법에 있어서,재료가 안내 벽들(4', 5'; 17', 18')의 분리 에지들(4, 5, 17, 18)에 먼저 도달하는 경우에, 상기 혼합 부재들(2, 2', 2"; 15, 15', 15")은 재료 유동을 6개 이상의 유동들(AG, BG, CG, AH, BH, CH)로 분할하고 상기 유동들(BG, GH)의 각각의 부분을 상기 횡방향 에지(8, 21)의 일측면으로 그리고 상기 유동들(AG, AH, CG, CH)의 다른 부분을 상기 횡방향 에지의 다른 측면으로 향하게 하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스태틱 믹서.
