Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- (A) 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지 50~90 중량%;(B) 흑연 5~30 중량%;(C) 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지 5~30 중량%;(D) 휘스커 1~10 중량%; 및(E) 탄소나노튜브 0.01~10 중량%;를 포함하여 이루어지는 전기 전도성, 내마모성 및 내열성이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지(A)는 3,000~50,000 g/mol의 중량 평균분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흑연(B)은 입자 크기가 0.5∼300 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흑연(B)은 알칼리토금속 화합물, 실리콘계 커플링제, 티타늄계 커플링제 또는 알루미늄계 커플링제에 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지(C)는 입자 크기가 3~50 ㎛이고, 비중이 1.2∼2.3 g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휘스커(D)는 평균 직경 0.15~10㎛, 평균 길이 2~100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휘스커(D)는 산화아연 휘스커, 탄산칼슘 휘스커, 이산화티탄 휘스커, 산화규소 휘스커, 탄화규소 휘스커, 붕산 알루미늄 휘스커, 붕산 마그네슘 휘스커, 티탄산 칼륨 휘스커, 질화 규소 휘스커, 실리콘 카바이드 휘스커 및 알루미나 휘스커로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휘스커(D)는 탄산칼슘(CaCO3) 휘스커를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휘스커(D)는 전도성 물질로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 물질은 은, 구리, 알루미늄, 철, 팔라듐, 산화주석, 산화인듐, 실리콘카바이드, 지르코늄카바이드, 티타늄카바이드, 흑연 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소나노튜브(E)는 단일벽 탄소나노튜브, 이중벽 탄소나노튜브, 다중벽 탄소나노튜브 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소나노튜브(E)는 0.5~100 ㎚의 평균 외경 및 0.01~100 ㎛의 평균 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 난연제, 항균제, 이형제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 상용화제, 염료, 안료, 커플링제, 충전제, 가소제, 충격보강제, 활제, 대전방지제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 ASTM D257에 따라 측정한 표면저항이 106 Ω/sq 이하이고, JIS K 7218에 따라 측정한 동적마찰계수가 0.16 이하이며, ASTM D4060에 따라 10 cm×10 cm 시편을 직경 5 cm의 2개의 알루미늄 원형 시편으로, Taber 마찰 시험기를 이용하여 90 rpm으로 10,000 cycle 동안 마찰시켜 마찰 전후의 측정된 마모 손실량이 16 mg 이하이고, ASTM D648에 따라 0.45MPa 하중에서의 열변형온도가 245 ℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 성형된 성형품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 성형품은 프린터 부싱(printer bushing)인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
