Abstract
本发明公开了一种导电聚甲醛材料及其制备方法,所述导电聚甲醛材料,由下述组分按重量份组成:聚甲醛100份,聚四氟乙烯10-20份,二丁酯8-12份,炭黑14-18份,苯乙烯化苯酚0.2-0.6份,抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.3份,硅酸钙1-3份。本发明既保持原聚甲醛材料特有的物理性能,又能作为导电材料得到进一步应用。该导电聚甲醛材料性能稳定可靠,适用于高要求的电子电器产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种导电聚甲醛材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚甲醛(英文:polyformaldehyde),是一种热塑性结晶聚合物。被誉为“超钢”或者“赛钢”,又称聚氧亚甲基,英文缩写为POM。通常甲醛聚合所得之聚合物,聚合度不高,且易受热解聚。
聚甲醛是一种表面光滑,有光泽的硬而致密的材料,淡黄或白色,可在-40-100℃温度范围内长期使用。它的耐磨性和自润滑性也比绝大多数工程塑料优越,又有良好的耐油,耐过氧化物性能。很不耐酸,不耐强碱和不耐太阳光紫外线的辐射。
聚甲醛吸水性小,尺寸稳定,有光泽,这些性能都比尼龙好,聚甲醛为高度结晶的树脂,在热塑性树脂中是最坚韧的。具抗热强度,弯曲强度,耐疲劳性强度均高,耐磨性和电性能优良。
聚甲醛具有优良的力学性能。其冲击强度高,弹性模量和刚性较高,耐疲劳性好,抗蠕变性能优良。尺寸稳定性和成形加工性能良好。但聚甲醛由于其特殊的分子链结构,在成型加工的过程中极易结晶,生成尺寸较大的球晶;当材料受到冲击时,球晶容易形成应力集中点,造成材料的破坏。所以聚甲醛对缺口很敏感,其缺口冲击强度较低,因而不能满足机械制造领域对其性能的要求,这极大地限制了聚甲醛的使用范围。因此,对聚甲醛的增韧研究一直受到较大的重视。
但是,目前聚甲醛存在导电性能差的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种导电聚甲醛材料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种导电聚甲醛材料的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种导电聚甲醛材料,由下述组分按重量份组成:聚甲醛100份,聚四氟乙烯10-20份,二丁酯8-12份,炭黑14-18份,苯乙烯化苯酚0.2-0.6份,抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.3份,硅酸钙1-3份。
本发明所提供的导电聚甲醛材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚甲醛、聚四氟乙烯分别在70-90℃温度下干燥8-10小时;
(2)将干燥后的聚甲醛、聚四氟乙烯与苯乙烯化苯酚、抗氧剂1010、二丁酯、炭黑和硅酸钙,置于高速混合器内混合均匀;
(3)将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出造粒机,在160-180℃下进行熔融共混挤出;
(4)将挤出的复合物熔体拉条冷却,并在切粒机上切粒,过筛,干燥。
优选的,
所述步骤(3)中,螺杆转速为200-220转/分钟。
所述步骤(3)中,机头挤出温度在180-185℃。
所述步骤(3)中,熔体压力为40-45Mpa。
所述步骤(3)中,扭矩为60-70N.m。
本发明既保持原聚甲醛材料特有的物理性能,又能作为导电材料得到进一步应用。该导电聚甲醛材料性能稳定可靠,适用于高要求的电子电器产品。
具体实施方式
通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不受以下实施例所限定。
实施例1
将聚甲醛、聚四氟乙烯分别在80℃左右的干燥箱中干燥8-10小时,备用。
称取:
聚甲醛100公斤,聚四氟乙烯15公斤,二丁酯10公斤,炭黑16公斤,苯乙烯化苯酚0.4公斤,抗氧剂1010 0.2公斤,硅酸钙2公斤。
将上述原料置于高速混合器内混合均匀。
将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出造粒机,在170℃下进行熔融共混挤出,螺杆转速为210转/分钟,机头挤出温度在180℃,熔体压力为45Mpa,扭矩为60N.m。
将挤出的复合物熔体拉条冷却,并在切粒机上切粒,过筛,干燥,即可制得本发明的导电聚甲醛材料。
将所制得的粒料在80℃真空烘箱中充分干燥,在注塑机上注射成标准力学性能测试样条和摩擦实验样条。其中,力学性能按照美国ASTM标准进行测定,摩擦性能按照GB国家标准进行测定。结果如表1所示。

本发明既保持原聚甲醛材料特有的物理性能,又能作为导电材料得到进一步应用。该导电聚甲醛材料性能稳定可靠,适用于高要求的电子电器产品。

Claims (7)
1.一种导电聚甲醛材料,由下述组分组成:聚甲醛,聚四氟乙烯,二丁酯,炭黑,苯乙烯化苯酚,抗氧剂1010和硅酸钙。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电聚甲醛材料,其特征在于,由下述组分按重量份组成:聚甲醛100份,聚四氟乙烯10-20份,二丁酯8-12份,炭黑14-18份,苯乙烯化苯酚0.2-0.6份,抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.3份,硅酸钙1-3份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的导电聚甲醛材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚甲醛、聚四氟乙烯分别在70-90℃温度下干燥8-10小时;
(2)将干燥后的聚甲醛、聚四氟乙烯与苯乙烯化苯酚、抗氧剂1010、二丁酯、炭黑和硅酸钙,置于高速混合器内混合均匀;
(3)将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出造粒机,在160-180℃下进行熔融共混挤出;
(4)将挤出的复合物熔体拉条冷却,并在切粒机上切粒,过筛,干燥。
4.如权利要求3所述的导电聚甲醛材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,螺杆转速为200-220转/分钟。
5.如权利要求3所述的导电聚甲醛材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,机头挤出温度在180-185℃。
6.如权利要求3所述的导电聚甲醛材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,熔体压力为40-45Mpa。
7.如权利要求3所述的导电聚甲醛材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,扭矩为60-70N.m。
