- 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드 및 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 저융점 합성섬유 20 ~ 70 중량%, 케나프, 황마, 아마, 양마 및 코코넛 중에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 수축방지용 천연섬유 20 ~ 70 중량%, 및 저융점의 초성분과 고융점의 심성분으로 이루어진 점착용 시스코어형 복합섬유 10 ~ 60 중량%의 단섬유를 혼합하여 일정하게 개면하는 개면공정과;상기 개면된 단섬유를 일정한 두께로 웹을 적층하는 웹적층공정과;상기 웹적층공정에 의해 만들어진 웹적층물을 일정한 폭과 두께가 되도록 성형하는 성형공정과;상기 성형공정에 의해 압착된 웹적층물을 결속시키기 위하여 위에서 아래로 1차 니들펀칭(S410)을 한 후 아래에서 위 방향으로 2차 니들펀칭(S420)을 하는 니들펀칭공정(S400)과;상기 니들펀칭공정(S400)에 의해 결속된 웹적층물을 상기 합성섬유 및 시스코어형 복합섬유의 저융점 초성분의 융점보다 높고 상기 천연섬유 및 시스코어형 복합섬유의 고융점 심성분의 융점보다 낮은 온도로 가열된 로울러를 통과시키면서 가압 및 가열하는 열처리공정(S500)과;상기 열처리공정(S500)을 수행한 웹적층물의 변형을 방지하는 냉각공정(S600)과;상기 냉각공정(S600)을 수행한 웹적층물의 일면 또는 양면에 평균입경이 30 ~ 80 메쉬인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 분말을 20g/m2 ~ 150g/m2 도포하는 도포공정(S700)과;상기 웹적층물 위에 도포된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 분말층을 150℃ ~ 250℃에서 열처리하여 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 분말층의 일부는 용융되어 웹적층물에 함침되고 일부는 웹적층물의 상부에 적층된 채로 연화시키는 후열처리공정(S800)과;상기 후열처리공정(S800)에 의해 웹적층물의 상부에 적층되어 연화된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 분말층을 가압 및 냉각하여, 웹적층물(2) 상부에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE)층(3)을 형성하도록 하는 후냉각공정(S900);을 포함하여 이루어지는 고강도 부직포의 제조방법.
