Claims (3)
- 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA) 수지로 이루어진 내층부(10)와, 열가소성 합성수지가 보강섬유 내에 혼합용융된 중간층부(20)와, 외부장식재로 이루어진 표층부(30)로 구성되는 다층구조 섬유계 흡음판에 있어서, 상기 흡음판은 난연재로 함침처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 섬유계 난연흡음판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층부(20)는,상기 열가소성 합성수지로서 폴리프로필렌 섬유(PP Fiber) 30 ~ 40 중량부 및 상기 보강섬유로서 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유(PET Fiber) 70 ~ 80 중량부로 구성되는 저밀도흡음층(22);상기 폴리프로필렌 섬유 41 ~ 59 중량부 및 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 41 ~ 59 중량부로 구성되는 중밀도흡음층(24); 및상기 폴리프로필렌 섬유 60 ~ 80 중량부 및 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 20 ~ 40 중량부로 구성되는 고밀도흡음층(26);이 적층되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 섬유계 난연흡음판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 난연재는 취소 안티몬계 난연재, 유기인계 난연재, 무기금속 수화물계 난연재, Mo-Sn계 복산화물 난연재 또는 실리콘계 난연재를 적용한 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 섬유계 난연흡음판.
