- 기재 수지에 발포제를 함유시킨 발포성 용융 수지를 다이로부터 압출함으로써 발포층을 갖는 통형상 발포체를 형성한 후, 연화상태에 있는 이 통형상 발포체를 금형 내에 위치시켜 중공형상 발포 성형체를 얻는 방법으로, 기재 수지가 이하의 (i), (ii), (iii) 및 (iv) 에서 선택되는 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 중공형상 발포 성형체의 제조방법:(i) 용융 장력이 98 mN 이상 또한 용융유량이 0.5∼15 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a) 20 중량% 이상 70중량% 미만과, 용융 장력이 30 mN 미만 (단, 0 을 포함하지 않음) 이고 또한 용융유량이 2∼30 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (b) 30 중량% 를 초과하고 80 중량% 이하로 이루어진다 ((a) 와 (b) 의 합계량이 100 중량% 임),(ii) 용융 장력이 30 mN 이상 98 mN 미만이고 또한 용융유량이 2∼15 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (c) 30∼70중량% 와, 용융 장력이 30 mN 미만 (단, 0 을 포함하지 않음) 이고 또한 용융유량이 2∼30 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (b) 30∼70 중량% 이하로 이루어진다 ((c) 와 (b) 의 합계량이 100 중량% 임),(iii) 용융 장력이 98 mN 이상 또한 용융유량이 0.5∼15 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a) 20 중량% 이상 70중량% 미만과, 용융 장력이 30 mN 이상 98 mN 미만이고 또한 용융유량이 2∼15 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (c) 30 중량% 를 초과하고 80 중량% 이하로 이루어진다 ((a) 와 (c) 의 합계량이 100 중량% 임), 및(iv) 용융 장력이 98 mN 이상 또한 용융유량이 0.5∼15 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a) 와, 용융 장력이 30 mN 미만 (단, 0 을 포함하지 않음) 이고 또한 용융유량이 2∼30 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (b) 와, 용융 장력이 30 mN 이상 98 mN 미만이고 또한 용융유량이 2∼15 g/10분인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (c) 로 이루어지고, (a) 가 5∼65 중량%, (b) 가 30∼78 중량%, 및 (c) 가 5∼65 중량% (단, (a), (b) 및 (c) 의 합계량이 100 중량% 임) 이고, 또한 정삼각형의 상측 정점에 이 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a) 100 중량%, 좌하측 정점에 이 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (b) 100 중량%, 우하측 정점에 이 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (c) 100 중량% 를 그어 이루어지는 삼각성분 도표에 있어서, 이 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (a) 성분을 x 중량%, 이 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (b) 성분을 y 중량%, 이 폴리프로필렌계 수지 (c) 성분을 z 중량% 로 하여 나타내는 점 (x, y, z) 로 하는 성분좌표에 나타나는 점 A (17, 78, 5), B (5, 72, 23), C (5, 30, 65), D (65, 30, 5) 로 표시되는 4점을 직선으로 연결하여 그려지는 사각형 A, B, C, D 의 범위 내에 있는 성분 조성으로 이루어진다 (단, 사각형의 선 상도 포함함).
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 통형상 발포체가, 발포제를 함유하는 발포성 용융 수지와 발포제를 함유하지 않은 비발포성 용융 수지를 공압출함으로써 얻어진 발포층의 외측 및/또는 내측에 수지층을 갖는 다층 통형상 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 중공형상 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 금형 내에 위치시켜 통형상 발포체 내부에 기체를 불어넣음으로써 중공형상 발포 성형체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 중공형상 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 발포제가, 이산화탄소를 함유하는 물리 발포제인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 중공형상 발포 성형체의 제조방법.
