Description
Claims (4)
- 연료전지차량용 COD 겸용 가열장치에 있어서,양단에 유입구 및 배출구가 형성된 케이스;상기 케이스의 일측면에 냉각수의 진행방향에 대해 수직한 방향으로 평행하게 설치된 스타트업 히터 및 셧다운 히터;상기 케이스의 타측면에 냉각수의 진행방향에 대해 수직한 방향으로 평행하게 설치된 냉각수 가열용 히터;를 포함하여 구성하되, 상기 각 히터는 그 길이방향으로 갈수록 유체흐름방향의 단면적이 주기적으로 변하고, 상기 히터의 단면적 변화로 인해 유동의 교란을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지차량용 COD 겸용 가열장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 각 히터는 원주방향을 따라 교대로 형성된 돌출부와 오목홈을 주기적으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지차량용 COD 겸용 가열장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 돌출부 및 오목홈으로 구성된 히터의 길이방향 단면은 삼각형, 사각형, 원형, 사인파형, 나선형 중 어느 하나 또는 이들이 혼합된 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지차량용 COD 겸용 가열장치.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 히터는 유체흐름방향으로 일렬로 배열되되, 상기 유체흐름방향의 일직선상에서 각 히터의 돌출부와 오목홈이 교대로 나타나도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지차량용 COD 겸용 가열장치.
