Claims (4)
- 음식물쓰레기(1)를 사료 및 퇴비로 재활용하도록 가공하는 음식물쓰레기 사료 및 퇴비 자원화 장치에 있어서,수거된 음식물쓰레기(1)를 공급받아 침출수(2)를 분리하는 호퍼(100);상기 호퍼(100)에서 분리된 침출수(2)를 저장하여 처리시설로 공급하는 침출수저장조(200);상기 호퍼(100)에서 침출수(2)가 분리된 음식물쓰레기를 파쇄하고, 파쇄되지 않은 비닐, 섬유 등의 이물질을 분리 선별하는 파쇄선별기(300);상기 이물질이 선별된 음식물쓰레기를 미세하게 분쇄하는 슈퍼믹서(400);상기 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기를 전기분해하여 염도를 하향조절하고, 전기분해 저항열을 이용하여 85 ~ 90℃의 온도에서 음식물쓰레기를 멸균처리하는 전기분해조(500);상기 염도조절 및 멸균된 음식물쓰레기에 호기성 미생물과 수분조절제를 혼합하는 혼합조(600);상기 호기성 미생물과 수분조절제가 혼합된 음식물쓰레기를 발효하는 발효조(700, 700');로 구성되되,상기 발효조(700)는 1일 동안 음식물쓰레기를 발효시켜 사료로 공급되고,상기 발효조(700')는 호기성 미생물에 의한 발열과 외부의 히터(711) 열을 공급받아 50 ~ 70℃의 온도에서 1차 발효하는 저속교반조(710)와, 상기 1차 발효된 음식물쓰레기를 12 ~ 17일 동안 2차 발효하는 후숙발효조(720)로 이루어지고, 상기 2차 발효가 완료된 음식물쓰레기를 공급받아 저장하는 저장조(730), 상기 저장조(730)의 음식물쓰레기에서 철을 추출 분리하는 자석선별기(740)가 추가로 구비되어, 철이 분리된 음식물쓰레기를 퇴비로 공급하며, 상기 호퍼(100), 파쇄선별기(300), 슈퍼믹서(400), 전기분해조(500), 발효조(700, 700')에는 세정식 스크러버(810)와, 바이오필터탈취기(820)와, 연소식탈취기(830)가 탈취배관(840)으로 연결되어 호퍼(100), 파쇄선별기(300), 슈퍼믹서(400), 전기분해조(500), 발효조(700, 700')에서 발생하는 유해가스를 중화 처리하여 배기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기 사료 및 퇴비 자원화 장치.
