Claims (9)
- 가스 배리어성을 갖는 외피재 내에 섬유 중합체로 이루어지는 코어재를 수납한 진공 단열재이며, 상기 코어재는 복수의 코어재를 중첩한 적층체이고, 이 적층체가 필요한 크기가 되도록 복수로 절단되며 바인더를 포함하지 않는 무기 섬유 집합체의 조각재로 이루어지는 제1 코어재와, 이 제1 코어재의 적어도 한쪽면에 설치되어 형상을 유지하는 1매 혹은 복수매의 바인더를 포함하지 않는 무기 섬유 집합체로 이루어지는 제2 코어재로 구성되고, 상기 코어재가 상기 제1 코어재를 제1 내피재로 둘러싼 것과, 바인더를 포함하지 않는 섬유 집합체로 이루어지는 제2 코어재를 적층하여 상기 코어재 전체를 둘러싸는 제2 내피재를 구비하여 구성되어 있고, 상기 코어재를 포함하는 상기 외피재의 내부가 감압되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 코어재는 조각재의 직사각형 한 변의 폭을 5 ㎜ 내지 20 ㎜로 절단한 조각재 절단품이 깔려 상기 제1 내피재로 둘러싸여 있고, 상기 코어재 전체에 대해, 비율이 20 중량 % 내지 80 중량 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 코어재는 필요한 크기가 되도록 복수의 상기 조각재 절단품이 깔린 상태에서 상기 제1 내피재로 둘러싸이고, 압축 및 감압시에 상기 조각재 절단품이 상기 제1 내피재로부터 밖으로 튀어나오지 않도록 상기 제1 내피재의 개구 면적의 10 % 이상을 남기고 흡배기 가능한 형상으로 임시 고정 밀봉되 고, 상기 제2 내피재의 내부에서 압축 및 감압한 후에 상기 제2 내피재를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내피재는 밀도 0.910 g/㎤ 이상이고 또한 두께가 5 내지 50 ㎛인 용착 가능한 폴리에틸렌 필름이며, 상기 제1 내피재로 둘러싸인 상기 제1 코어재와 상기 제2 코어재가 적층되어 코어재로 하고, 이 코어재 전체를 둘러싸는 상기 제2 내피재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 내피재는 상기 제1 코어재 중에 산재된 입상의 흡착제를 상기 제1 코어재와 함께 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 가스 배리어성을 갖는 외피재 내에 섬유 집합체로 이루어지는 코어재를 수납한 진공 단열재의 제조 방법이며,적층되는 코어재보다도 작으며 바인더를 포함하지 않는 섬유 집합체를 제1 내피재에 삽입하여 제1 코어재를 얻는 공정과, 상기 제1 코어재를 바인더를 포함하지 않는 섬유 집합체로 이루어지는 제2 코어재와 중첩하여 적층시키는 공정과, 상기 제1 코어재 및 상기 제2 코어재를 모두 제2 내피재에 삽입하는 공정과, 상기 제2 내피재의 개구를 밀봉하는 공정과, 상기 제2 내피재에 삽입된 상기 제1 코어재 및 상기 제2 코어재를 상기 제1 내피재 및 상기 제2 내피재와 함께 상기 외피재 내에 삽입하여 내부를 감압하는 공정을 구비한 진공 단열재의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 코어재를 중첩한 적층체의 초기 두께의 50 % 이하가 되도록 압축 및 감압한 후에 상기 제2 내피재를 밀봉하고, 이 코어재를 상기 외피재로 둘러싸고 또한 상기 제2 내피재의 밀봉을 해제하여 상기 외피재의 내부를 감압한 후, 상기 외피재를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 외피재로 둘러싸인 상기 제2 내피재의 밀봉을 해제하여 상기 코어재의 외주 길이가 상기 외피재의 내주 길이와 실질적으로 동일한 치수가 될 때까지 복원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 집합체를 소정 형상으로 절단하여 제2 코어재를 얻을 때에 발생하는 다수의 단책 형상의 조각재 또는 진공 단열재의 제조 공정에서 나오게 된 제품 불량인 것으로부터 이물질을 제거하여 얻어지는 코어재를 복수로 절단하여 제1 코어재를 얻는 공정을 구비함으로써, 진공 단열재를 제조하는 공정이 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재의 제조 방법.
