- 外被材内にコア材を収納して減圧封止した真空断熱材を外箱と内箱との間に配設すると共に、前記外箱と前記内箱との間の空間に発泡断熱材を充填して断熱体を構成した冷蔵庫において、
前記コア材は、
複数のシート状の新材無機繊維集合体の間に、無機繊維集合体からなる廃コア材を粉砕した粉砕物が結合材と共に熱プレスされて繊維の方向が揃えられ且つシート状にされた廃材無機繊維集合体を挟持して積層されていると共に、
これらの積層された無機繊維集合体が熱プレスされ結合材で結合された積層体で構成されている
ことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項1に記載された冷蔵庫において、前記シート状にされた廃材無機繊維集合体は繊維方向がほぼ平行に揃えられたものであることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
- 請求項1または2に記載された冷蔵庫において、前記コア材は、結合材を含まない前記新材無機繊維集合体と、結合材が残る前記廃材無機繊維集合体とが積層された積層体で構成されていることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
