- 농업의 관점에서 허용가능하고 미생물에 대해 비독성인 농업적으로 허용가능한 습성 또는 건성 담체와 함께,국립 농업 및 산업 미생물 기탁기관(National Collection of Agricultural and Industrial Micro-organisms)에 기탁되고, 20℃ 이하의 온도 및 pH 5.0 이하의 토양에서도 번식하는 미생물로서,아조스피릴룸 브레실렌스 ssp. SW51 (Azospirillum brasilense ssp. SW51) (NCAIM /P/B 001293), 아조토박터 비네란디 ssp. M657 (Azotobacter vinelandi ssp. M657) (NCAIM /P/B 001292), 슈도모나스 플루오레슨스 var. SW11 (Pseudomonas fluorescens var. SW11) (NCAIM /P/B 001296), 바실러스 폴리믹사 var. SW17 (Bacillus polymyxa var. SW17) (NCAIM /P/B 001295), 바실러스 메가테리움 var. M326 (Bacillus megaterium var. M326) (NCAIM /P/B 001291), 마이크로코커스 로세우스 ssp. - 20℃ 이하 및 pH 5 이하에서도 번식할 수 있는 미생물로서,아조스피릴룸 브레실렌스 ssp. SW51 (NCAIM /P/B 001293),아조토박터 비네란디 ssp. M657 (NCAIM /P/B 001292),슈도모나스 플루오레슨스 var. SW11 (NCAIM /P/B 001296),바실러스 폴리믹사 var. SW17 (NCAIM /P/B 001295),바실러스 메가테리움 var. M326 (NCAIM /P/B 001291),마이크로코커스 로세우스 ssp. A21 (NCAIM /P/B 001294),브라디리조븀 자포니쿰 var. PH25 (NCAIM /P/B 001302) 및스트렙토마이세스 알버스 var. 0003 LP (NCAIM /P/B 001301)의상기 번호로 국립 농업 및 산업 미생물 기탁기관에 기탁된 것인 미생물.
- 주어진 토양 타입의 상부층 40cm로부터 식물환경으로부터의 토양샘플을 채취하는 단계,선별된 미생물을 동정하는 단계,돌연변이 유발제 처리를 적용하는 단계,20℃ 이하의 온도에서도 증식하는 변종(variant)을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제8항 기재의 미생물의 제조공정.
- 동결이 없는 기간에, 미생물 세포를, 토양에, 헥타르당 1010 내지 1014의 양으로의 운반을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 제제로 토양을 처리하는 공정.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 양이 헥타르당 1011 내지 1012의 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 토양을 처리하는 공정.
- 미생물 중의 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 액체 제품으로 종자를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 제제로 식물종자를 처리하는 공정.
- 토양 구조를 개선하거나 또는 보존하기 위한 공정에 있어서, 청구항 8에 기재된 미생물 중에서 선택되는, 석시노글루콘(succinoglucone)을 생합성하는 미생물을 토양에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 구조를 개선하거나 또는 보존하기 위한 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서,바실러스 폴리믹사 var. SW17 (Bacillus polymyxa var. SW17) (NCAIM /P/B 001295), 바실러스 메가테리움 var. M326 (Bacillus megaterium var. M326) (NCAIM /P/B 001292), 마이크로코커스 로세우스 ssp. A21 (Micrococcus roseus ssp. A21) (NCAIM /P/B 001294) 또는 브라디리조븀 자포니쿰 var. PH25 (Bradyrhizobium japonicum var. PH25) (NCAIM /P/B 001302)의 하나 이상을 함유하는 제품을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토양 구조를 개선하거나 또는 보존하기 위한 공정.
