Claims (7)
- 수용성 극압 첨가제를 함유하는 수성 윤활제의 존재 하의 금속의 가공 또는 성형 방법으로서, 상기 첨가제가 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속의 염, 또는 하기 화학식을 갖는 화합물의 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 메탄설폰산 (MSA)의 수용성 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:R1NR2R3[식 중, 기호 R1, R2 및 R3 은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각은 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 22의 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알킬아릴 라디칼, 또는 n 이 1 내지 20인 (CH2-CH2-O)nH 형태의 옥시에틸화 라디칼을 나타낸다].
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수용성 MSA 염이 나트륨 또는 칼륨 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물 R1NR2R3 이 알칸올아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물 R1NR2R3 이, R1 은 탄소수 12 내지 22의 라디칼이고, 라디칼 R2 및 R3 은 n 이 1 내지 10 인 옥시에틸화 라디칼인 에톡시화 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 MSA 염이 MSA와 염화제(salifying agent) 간의 몰비 1:1 내지 1:2 로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성 윤활제 중 수용성 MSA 염의 농도가 0.01 중량% 내지 20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
