Claims (14)
- 유리 필러 (b) 가 유리 섬유, 유리 섬유 직물 (glass fiber cloth) 또는 유리 섬유 부직포 (nonwoven glass fabric) 이고, 경화 후 에폭시 수지 (a) 와 유리 필러 (b) 사이의 굴절률 차이가 0.01 이하이고, 시트가 50 내지 2,000 ㎛ 의 두께를 갖는, 에폭시 수지 (a) 및 유리 필러 (b) 를 포함하고 파장 550 nm에서 광 투과율 80 % 이상을 나타내는 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 (a) 가 경화 후 굴절률이 유리 필러 (b) 의 굴절률 보다 낮은 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지 및 경화 후 굴절률이 유리 필러 (b) 의 굴절률 보다 높은 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화 후 에폭시 수지 (a) 가 150 ℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 유리 필러 (b) 가 1.52 이상의 굴절률을 갖고 경화 후 굴절률이 유리 필러의 굴절률 보다 낮은 에폭시 수지가 지환식 에폭시 수지 및 트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트 중으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지를 포함하고 경화 후 굴절률이 유리 필러의 굴절률 보다 높은 에폭시 수지가 황 함유 에폭시 수지 및 플루오렌 골격 함유 에폭시 수지 중에서부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 유리 필러 (b) 가 1.52 미만의 굴절률을 갖고 경화 후 굴절률이 유리 필러의 굴절률 보다 낮은 에폭시 수지가 지환식 에폭시 수지 중에서부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지를 포함하고 경화 굴절률이 유리 필러의 굴절률 보다 높은 에폭시 수지가 트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트, 황 함유 에폭시 수지 및 플루오렌 골격 함유 에폭시 수지 중에서부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 (a) 가 산 무수물형 경화제 또는 양이온성 촉매를 이용하는 경화 생성물인 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유리 필러 (b) 가 1.50 내지 1.57 의 굴절률을 갖는 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 30 내지 150 ℃ 의 온도 범위 내에서 40 ppm/℃ 이하의 평균 선팽창 계수를 갖는 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광학 시트, 디스플레이 디바이스 플라스틱 기판 또는 활성 매트릭스형 디스플레이 디바이스 기판인 투명 복합체 조성물 시트.
