Claims (13)
- 유기 발광 다이오드와;제 1전원으로부터 상기 유기 발광 다이오드로 공급되는 전류량을 제어하기 위한 제 2트랜지스터와;데이터선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되며, 주사선으로 주사신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되는 제 1트랜지스터와;상기 주사신호와 중첩되며 상기 주사신호보다 넓은 폭을 가지는 전원신호를 공급받는 전원선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 1커패시터와;상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극과 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 애노드전극 사이에 접속되는 피드백 커패시터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1전원과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 2커패시터를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소.
- 유기 발광 다이오드와;제 1전원으로부터 상기 유기 발광 다이오드로 공급되는 전류량을 제어하기 위한 제 2트랜지스터와;데이터선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되며, 주사선으로 주사신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되는 제 1트랜지스터와;상기 주사선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 1커패시터와;상기 제 1전원과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 2커패시터와;상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극과 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 애노드전극 사이에 접속되는 피드백 커패시터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화소.
- 주사선들로 주사신호를 순차적으로 공급하기 위한 주사 구동부와;전원선들로 전원신호를 순차적으로 공급하기 위한 전원신호 공급부와;상기 주사신호와 동기되도록 데이터선들로 데이터신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터 구동부와;상기 주사선들, 데이터선들 및 전원선들의 교차부에 위치되는 화소들을 구비하며;i(i는 자연수)번째 수평라인에 위치된 상기 화소들 각각은유기 발광 다이오드와;제 1전원으로부터 상기 유기 발광 다이오드로 공급되는 전류량을 제어하기 위한 제 2트랜지스터와;상기 데이터선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되며, i번째 주사선으로 상기 주사신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되는 제 1트랜지스터와;i번째 전원선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 1커패시터와;상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극과 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 애노드전극 사이에 접속되는 피드백 커패시터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 전원신호가 공급될 때 상기 전원선으로는 제 3전원의 전압이 공급되고, 상기 전원신호가 공급되지 않을 때 상기 전원선으로는 상기 제 3전원보다 높은 제 4전원의 전압이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 3전원 및 제 4전원의 전압은 상기 제 2트랜지스터에서 상기 데이터신호에 대응하여 흐를 수 있는 전류보다 높은 전류가 흐를 수 있도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 전원신호 공급부는 상기 i번째 주사선으로 공급되는 주사신호와 중첩됨과 동시에 상기 주사신호보다 넓은 폭을 갖도록 상기 i번째 전원선으로 상기 전원 신호를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 데이터신호는 실제 표현하고자 하는 계조보다 더 높은 계조에 대응하는 전압으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1전원과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 2커패시터를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 주사선들로 주사신호를 순차적으로 공급하기 위한 주사 구동부와;상기 주사신호와 동기되도록 데이터선들로 데이터신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터 구동부와;상기 주사선들 및 데이터선들의 교차부에 위치되는 화소들을 구비하며;i(i는 자연수)번째 수평라인에 위치된 상기 화소들 각각은유기 발광 다이오드와;제 1전원으로부터 상기 유기 발광 다이오드로 공급되는 전류량을 제어하기 위한 제 2트랜지스터와;데이터선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되며, i번째 주사선으로 상기 주사신호가 공급될 때 턴-온되는 제 1트랜지스터와;상기 i번째 주사선과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 1커패시터와;상기 제 1전원과 상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극 사이에 접속되는 제 2커패시터와;상기 제 2트랜지스터의 게이트전극과 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 애노드전극 사이에 접속되는 피드백 커패시터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 주사신호가 공급될 때 상기 주사선으로는 제 3전원의 전압이 공급되고, 상기 주사신호가 공급되지 않을 때 상기 주사선으로는 상기 제 3전원보다 높은 제 4전원의 전압이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제 3전원 및 제 4전원의 전압은 상기 제 2트랜지스터에서 상기 데이터신호에 대응하여 흐를 수 있는 전류보다 높은 전류가 흐를 수 있도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 데이터신호는 실제 표현하고자 하는 계조보다 더 높은 계조에 대응하는 전압으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
