Claims (18)
- 정보가 표시되는 제1영역과 입력을 할 수 있게 형성되는 제2영역을 갖는 단말기 바디;상기 제1영역과 제2영역에 각각 가해진 터치를 감지할 수 있게 일체형으로 구성되며, 상기 제1영역에 대응되는 영역에는 복수의 도전성 라인을 갖는 터치스크린패턴부가 형성되고, 상기 제2영역에 대응되는 영역에는 일정 면적을 갖도록 배치되는 터치버튼패턴부가 형성된 터치시트;상기 터치시트의 외측에 상기 터치시트를 일체형으로 덮도록 배치되는 윈도우; 및상기 터치시트에 구비되며, 상기 터치스크린패턴부와 터치버튼패턴부가 형성된 적어도 하나의 투광성 절연층을 포함하여 구성되고,상기 터치스크린패턴부와 터치버튼패턴부는 신호를 전송하는 데이터라인을 각각 포함하며, 상기 터치스크린패턴부의 데이터라인은 상기 투광성 절연층의 가장자리를 따라 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터치시트의 제1영역의 내측에는 시각정보를 출력하는 디스플레이 모듈이 구비되고, 상기 터치시트의 제2영역의 내측에는 회로기판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터치스크린패턴부의 데이터라인은 상기 터치버튼패턴부의 데이터라인과 집합되어 플렉시블 피시비(Flexible PCB)에 연결되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 터치시트의 제1영역의 가장자리에는 상기 터치스크린패턴부의 데이터라인을 쉴딩하는 도전성의 쉴딩라인이 더 구비되고, 상기 쉴딩라인은 상기 터치스크린패턴부의 데이터라인이 배치된 상기 절연층의 반대면에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 쉴딩라인은 상기 제1영역과 제2영역을 구획하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투광성 절연층은 가요성 수지재질로 형성되고,상기 터치스크린패턴부와 터치버튼패턴부는 상기 투광성 절연층에 투광성의 ITO(Indum Tin Oxide)가 스퍼터링(sputtering)에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항, 제3항, 또는 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 터치버튼패턴부는 복수개로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 터치시트에는 상기 복수의 터치버튼패턴부들 사이의 공간에 적어도 하나의 관통홀이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 관통홀을 통하여 푸시방식으로 입력되는 제1푸시버튼이 더 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 터치버튼패턴부는 상기 제1푸시버튼을 중심으로 상·하·좌·우로 각각 배치되고, 상기 각 터치버튼패턴부는 커서나 포인터의 방향을 이동시킬 수 있게 배정된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 단말기 바디는 그 하단부가 라운드 형태로 형성되고, 푸시방식으로 입력하는 두 개 또는 세 개의 제2푸시버튼이 상기 라운드 형상으로 형성된 하단부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항, 제3항, 또는 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단말기 바디는 제1단말기 바디와 상기 제1단말기 바디에 대해 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 연결되는 제2단말기 바디를 포함하고,상기 제1영역과 제2영역 및 터치시트는 상기 제1단말기 바디에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제2단말기 바디에는 숫자 또는 문자를 입력하기 위한 키패드가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항, 제3항, 또는 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회로기판의 상측에는 상기 제1영역을 조명시키는 조명유닛이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 조명유닛은 면발광되는 이엘시트(EL sheet)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
