Claims (40)
- 인산 화합물, 붕산 화합물 또는 이들 모두로 처리된 박편상(thin-platelet like) 금속 기판의 표면 상에, 규소, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티탄 및 주석으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속의 하나 이상의 수화된 금속 산화물을 함유하는 하나 이상의 코팅 층을 포함하는, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,박편상 금속 기판이 금속 광택을 갖는 금속 안료인, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,금속 광택을 갖는 금속 안료가 알루미늄 플레이크(flake), 티탄 플레이크, 금 플레이크, 은 플레이크, 구리-아연 합금 플레이크, 스테인레스 강 플레이크 및 청동 플레이크로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나인, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수화된 금속 산화물이 수화된 산화규소인, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수화된 금속 산화물이 졸-겔 방법에 의해 제조되는, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,금속 알콕시화물의 가수분해에 의해 졸-겔 방법을 수행하는, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,염기성 촉매를 사용함으로써 금속 알콕시화물의 가수분해를 수행하는, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,인산 화합물, 붕산 화합물 또는 이들 모두의 양이 박편상 금속 기판의 단위 표면적(m2)당 P2O5 또는 B2O3 0.0001 내지 0.1g에 상응하고, 수화된 금속 산화물 코팅 층을 제조하는데 사용되는 금속 화합물의 양이 박편상 금속 기판의 단위 표면적(m2)당 SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, TiO2 또는 SnO2 0.01 내지 1.0g에 상응하는, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료.
- 박편상 금속 기판을 극성 유기 용매에 분산시키는, 고도로 내식성인 박편상 금속 안료를 제조하는 방법으로서,1) 인산 화합물, 붕산 화합물 또는 이들 모두를 첨가하고 교반함으로써, 기판을 처리하는 과정; 및2) 졸-겔 방법에 의해 상기 기판의 표면 상에 수화된 금속 산화물의 코팅 층을 형성시키는 과정을 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,극성 유기 용매에 용해된 금속 알콕시화물 용액의 가수분해에 의해 졸-겔 방법을 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,수화된 금속 산화물의 코팅 층을 구성하는 금속이 규소, 알루미늄, 주석, 지르코늄 및 티탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속인 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,물 및 촉매를 첨가한 후에 금속 알콕시화물 용액을 첨가하는 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,촉매를 함유하는 수용액과 동시에 금속 알콕시화물 용액을 첨가하는 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,금속 알콕시화물 용액을 첨가한 후에 촉매를 함유하는 수용액을 첨가하는 제조방법.
