Claims (17)
- 플레이크형 기판(substrate) 및 기판 위에 위치한 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는, 금색 간섭 안료로서,
플레이크형 기판이 그 자체로 녹색 고유 간섭 색을 갖는 합성 제조된 투명 기판이고,
플레이크형 기판이, Al2O3 또는 기판의 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 이하의 TiO2 함량을 갖는 Al2O3로 구성되거나, 기판의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 비율로 Al2O3를 포함하고, 180 내지 250 nm 또는 350 내지 450 nm 범위의 기하학적 두께를 갖거나;
플레이크형 기판이, ZrO2로 구성되거나, 기판의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 비율로 ZrO2를 포함하고, 140 내지 210 nm 또는 260 내지 400 nm 범위의 기하학적 두께를 갖거나;
플레이크형 기판이, TiO2로 구성되거나, 기판의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 비율로 TiO2를 포함하고, 110 내지 170 nm 또는 240 내지 310 nm 범위의 기하학적 두께를 갖거나;
플레이크형 기판이, 70 중량% 이하의 SiO2를 포함하는 유리 플레이크이고, 230 내지 300 nm 또는 400 내지 470 nm의 기하학적 두께를 갖고,
Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 층이 기판 위에 위치하고,
기판이, d95 값이 35 내지 40 미만 ㎛ 범위인 5 내지 40 ㎛ 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,
간섭 안료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
안료가 Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 두 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 간섭 안료. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
1.8 이하의 굴절률 n을 갖는 무색 유전체 물질을 포함하는 하나 이상의 추가적인 층이 Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 층들 사이에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 간섭 안료. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
1.8 초과의 굴절률 n을 갖는 무색 유전체 물질을 포함하는 하나의 추가적인 층이 Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 층들 사이에 추가적으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 간섭 안료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 층이 30 내지 180 nm 범위의 기하학적 층 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 간섭 안료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 층이 슈도브루우카이트(pseudobrookite) 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 간섭 안료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 금색 간섭 안료의 제조 방법으로서,
녹색 고유 간섭 색을 갖는 합성 제조된 투명 기판을 Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 층으로 피복하고,
플레이크형 기판이, Al2O3 또는 기판의 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 이하의 TiO2 함량을 갖는 Al2O3로 구성되거나, 기판의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 비율로 Al2O3를 포함하고, 180 내지 250 nm 또는 350 내지 450 nm 범위의 기하학적 두께를 갖거나;
플레이크형 기판이, ZrO2로 구성되거나, 기판의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 비율로 ZrO2를 포함하고, 140 내지 210 nm 또는 260 내지 400 nm 범위의 기하학적 두께를 갖거나;
플레이크형 기판이, TiO2로 구성되거나, 기판의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 비율로 TiO2를 포함하고, 110 내지 170 nm 또는 240 내지 310 nm 범위의 기하학적 두께를 갖거나;
플레이크형 기판이, 70 중량% 이하의 SiO2를 포함하는 유리 플레이크이고, 230 내지 300 nm 또는 400 내지 470 nm의 기하학적 두께를 갖고,
기판이, d95 값이 35 내지 40 미만 ㎛ 범위인 5 내지 40 ㎛ 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,
제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
피복이 무기 금속 염의 가수분해에 의한 습식 화학적 공정을 사용하여 수성 분산액 중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 두 층을 적용하되, 무색 유전체 물질을 포함하는 하나 이상의 추가적인 층을 상기 두 층 사이에 적용하고, 상기 추가적인 층의 물질이 1.8 미만의 굴절률 n을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
1.8 초과의 굴절률 n을 갖는 무색 유전체 물질로 구성된 하나 이상의 추가적인 층을 Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 두 층 사이에 추가적으로 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
Fe2O3 및 TiO2의 혼합물 또는 혼합 산화물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 층이 슈도브루우카이트 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제조 방법. - 페인트, 코팅, 인쇄 잉크, 플라스틱, 유리, 종이, 세라믹, 화장품 제형;
플라스틱 또는 종이의 레이져 마킹; 및
안료 제제 및 건식 제제의 제조
를 위해 사용되는,
제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 간섭 안료. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄 잉크가 그라비어 인쇄 잉크, 플렉소 인쇄 잉크, 스크린 인쇄 잉크, 오목판 인쇄 잉크 또는 오프셋 인쇄 잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는, 간섭 안료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 간섭 안료를 포함하는 인쇄 잉크로서,
상기 인쇄 잉크가 그라비어 인쇄 잉크, 플렉소 인쇄 잉크, 스크린 인쇄 잉크, 오목판 인쇄 잉크 및 오프셋 인쇄 잉크로부터 선택되는, 인쇄 잉크. - 삭제
