Claims (7)
- 피스톤의 정상면에 천명식 연소실을 가진 디젤기관에 있어서,상기 연소실을 향해 돌출하도록 설치된 연료분사밸브의 동일 원주 상에 복수의 제1분출구멍이 형성되고,상기 제1분출구멍보다 선단부와 반대되는 쪽에 위치한 연료분사밸브의 환상 측벽에 제1분출구멍보다 직경이 작은 복수의 제2분출구멍이 형성되고,상기 제1분출구멍과 제2분출구멍이, 이들 제1분출구멍 및 제2분출구멍에서 분사되는 연료분무가 연소실 내에서 서로 겹쳐지지 않도록 지그재그모양으로 배치되고서,상기 제1분출구멍의 분출구멍 각도가, 이 제1분출구멍에서 분사된 연료분무가 연소실 바닥면에 충돌은 하지만 부착되지 않고 융기부를 따라 원활히 확산하도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤이 상사점 근방에 있을 때, 피스톤 정상면의 연소실 개구부에 제2분출구멍에서 분사된 연료분무가 충돌하도록, 밸브 홈이 필요하지 않도록 하는 상단부 간극과 피스톤 정상면의 연소실 개구 직경이 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2분출구멍의 수보다 제1분출구멍의 수가 많도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2분출구멍에서 분사된 연료분무가 피스톤에 충돌한 후 상단부 간극으로 확산되도록 제2분출구멍의 연료밸브 분출구멍 각도가 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관 연료분사밸브.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1분출구멍 및 제2분출구멍이 연료분사밸브의 원주 상에 등간격으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1분출구멍과 제2분출구멍이, 상기 제1분출구멍에서 분사되는 연료분무와 상기 제2분출구멍에서 분사되는 연료분무가 겹쳐지지 않도록, 연료분사밸브 중심축과 제1분출구멍에서 분사되는 연료분무의 중심선의 교차점과, 연료분사밸브의 중심축과 제2분출구멍에서 분사되는 연료분무의 중심선의 교차점이 일치하지 않게 배치되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관 연료분사밸브.
