Claims (4)
- (i) 도입 수단(2), 폭보다 길이가 큰 중공 반응 챔버(3) 및 배출 수단(5)을 포함하는 반응기,(ii) 반응 혼합물을 반응 챔버(3) 속으로 도입하는 데 적합한 도입 수단(2)으로 단량체 및/또는 올리고머를 공급하기 위한 공급 수단(10 및 25) 및(iii) 단량체 및/또는 올리고머와의 반응 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 하나 이상의 점도 조절제를 공급 수단 속으로 도입하기 위한, 예비혼합기(11, 12), 공급 라인(13, 14) 및 펌프(15, 16)을 포함하는 수단을 포함하는,액상 중합체를 소정의 점도 범위로 제조하기 위한 연속식 정적 중합 반응기 유닛으로서,당해 반응기 유닛은, 반응 챔버(3) 속의 반응 혼합물/중합체의 온도 및 유량 값을 일정하게 유지하는 데 적합하고,당해 반응기 유닛에, 반응 챔버(3)에서의 도입 수단(2)과 배출 수단(5) 사이의 소정의 압력 강하 값으로부터 발생하는 임의의 편차를 검측하고 모니터링하며, 점도 조절제를 반응 챔버(3)로 도입하기 위해 압력 검측 수단으로부터 수신된 압력 강하 정보를 번역하여 하나 이상의 점도 조절제를 공급 수단 속으로 1회 이상 도입하는 보충 유량을 산출하고, 보충 유량 챔버(3)용 값을 포함하는 신호를 예비혼합기(11 및 12)로 전송함으로써 보충 유량을 초기화할 수 있는 컴퓨터 계통 시스템으로서의 조절 수단(24)이 장착되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 연속식 정적 중합 반응기 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 점도 조절제를 공급 수단 속으로 도입하기 위한 수단이 펌프를 통과하는 점도 조절제의 유량을 나타내는 조절 수단(24)으로부터의 신호를 수신하고 처리하는 데 적합한 펌프(15 및 16)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 연속식 정적 중합 반응기 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 챔버(3)가, 직경이 20 내지 250mm이고 길이가 250 내지 20,000mm인 중공 원통이고 길이가 직경 크기의 두 배 이상임을 특징으로 하는, 연속식 정적 중합 반응기 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력 검측 수단이 도입 수단(2)과 배출 수단(5) 사이의 압력 강하 값을 주기적 또는 연속적으로 검측할 수 있는 압력계와 당해 값을 조절 수단으로 전송하는 데 적합한 압력 전송계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 연속식 정적 중합 반응기 유닛.
