- a) 대기압 보다 낮은 감압하에 세포를 적용하기 위한 섹션; 및b) 양극으로 기능하는 첫 번째 전극 및 음극으로 기능하는 두 번째 전극으로 구성되고, 상기 첫 번째 전극과 두 번째 전극 사이의 거리는 적어도 5 mm 이상으로 식물 종자를 수용할 수 있도록 변화 가능한 일렉트로포레이션을 위한 섹션으로 구성된 세포 내로 핵산을 도입시키는 기구에 있어서,상기 감압하에 세포를 적용하기 위한 섹션은 대기압 보다 0.06MPa 이상 낮은 압력에서 완충액 내의 핵산을 세포 내로 도입시키기 위해 전처리시키는 섹션임을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로포레이션을 위한 기구
