Abstract
Description
생리학적 샘플에서 분석물 농도를 결정하는 것은 현대 사회에서 그 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 분석은 시험 결과가 여러 질병 상태를 진단 및 관리하는데 중요 역할을 하는 의학적 연구 테스트, 가정 테스트 등을 포함하는 여러 적용 분야에서 그 용도를 발견한다. 관심 대상물은 당뇨병 관리를 위한 포도당, 심혈관 상태를 모니터하기 위한 콜레스테롤을 포함한다. 분석물 농도 결정의 중요성이 증가함에 따라서, 클리닉 및 가정 테스트 모두를 위한 다양한 분석물 결정 농도 프로토콜 및 장치가 개발되었다.
Claims (10)
- 체액에 접근하여 시험 스트립 센서로 체액을 운반하도록 시험 스트립에 부착하기 위한 랜스 부재로서,평면의 베이스와;대상물의 피부 내로 삽입될 때, 대상물의 피부 내에서 울혈 영역(pooling area)을 생성하기 위한 개방부를 포함하는 피부 관통 요소와;상기 개방부에 존재하는 체액을 상기 시험 스트립으로 운반하기 위하여 상기 개방부와 통하는 유체 경로를 포함하며;상기 개방부는 상기 피부 관통 요소의 폭, 직경 또는 길이 치수의 실질적인 부분을 점유하는 랜스 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 경로는 상기 울혈 영역 내에 존재하는 유체에서의 모세관 힘을 적용하도록 치수화되는 랜스 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스의 표면 내에 있는 오목부를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 오목부는 상기 개방부와 유체 소통하는 랜스 부재.
- 바이오센서와 지지 부재를 구비한 완전한 시험 스트립과;상기 시험 스트립에 부착되어, 피부 관통 요소에 의해서 얻어진 유체 샘플을 상기 바이오센서로 운반하도록 구성되는 제 1 항에 따른 별도의 랜스 부재를 포함하는 시험 스트립 조합체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 시험 스트립은 전기화학 구성을 구비하는 시험 스트립 조합체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 시험 스트립은 광도계 또는 색채계 구성을 가지는 시험 스트립 조합체.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 랜스 부재는 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 따른 랜스 부재인 시험 스트립 조합체.
- 생리학적 샘플에서 적어도 하나의 분석물 농도를 결정하기 위한 장치로서,제 4 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 시험 스트립 조합체와;생리학적 샘플에서의 분석물 농도를 자동으로 결정하며, 상기 시험 스트립 조합체를 수용하도록 구성되는 미터를 포함하는 분석물 농도 결정 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 랜스 부재를 제공하는 단계와;기판 및 바이오센서를 구비한 시험 스트립을 제공하는 단계와;상기 랜스 부재의 베이스를 상기 시험 스트립에 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 시험기 제조 방법.
