Claims (14)
- 밸브장치에 있어서,유체의 유로를 갖는 밸브 하우징 본체;상기 밸브 하우징 본체 내부에 형성된 밸브가이드;상기 밸브가이드내를 슬라이딩해서 밸브를 개폐하는 밸브스템; 및상기 밸브가이드의 상기 유로측에 설치된, 원추대형상의 날끝을 갖는 스크레이퍼를 구비하고,상기 밸브스템의 소경축부의 외경이 상기 밸브스템의 대경축부의 외경보다 작고, 상기 스크레이퍼의 날끝의 내경은 상기 밸브스템의 상기 대경축부의 외경과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼의 날끝의 내경은 상기 밸브스템의 소경축부의 외경보다 0.2∼1.0mm 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼의 선단으로부터 상기 밸브가이드의 상기 유로측 끝부까지의 거리는 밸브의 스트로크량보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가이드의 상기 유로측 끝부에, 상기 밸브스템 외주를 쥐듯이 가압하는 시일부재를 상기 밸브스템에 접하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 내연기관에 재환류되어서 EGR을 행하는 배기가스이며,밸브장치는 EGR 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.

- EGR용 밸브장치에 있어서,밸브 하우징 본체;상기 밸브 하우징 본체 내부에 배치되어 밸브스템의 슬라이딩을 안내하는 밸브가이드;상기 밸브가이드를 향해서 배치되어 냉각오일을 분출시키는 스로틀부를 갖는 노즐;밸브를 개폐하는 유압 액츄에이터; 및상기 유압 액츄에이터를 제어하는 유압제어밸브를 구비하고,상기 노즐에 공급하는 유압은 상기 유압제어밸브에의 유압공급을 행하는 유압회로로부터 분기된 유압인 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR용 밸브장치.
- EGR용 밸브장치에 있어서,밸브 하우징 본체;상기 밸브 하우징 본체 내부에 배치되어 밸브스템의 슬라이딩을 안내하는 밸브가이드;상기 밸브가이드를 향해서 배치되어 냉각오일을 분출시키는 스로틀부를 갖는 노즐;밸브를 개폐시키는 유압 액츄에이터; 및상기 유압 액츄에이터를 제어하는 유압제어밸브를 구비하고,상기 노즐에 공급하는 유압은 상기 유압 액츄에이터와 상기 유압제어밸브를 연통시키는 유압회로로부터 분기된 유압인 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR용 밸브장치.
