Claims (17)
- 오일지;상기 오일지에 코팅된 수분산 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조 피혁지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 오일지는 종이를 오일에 침전시키거나, 오일을 종이에 코팅시켜 처리하는 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 오일은 오일 10 - 50 중량%, 알코올 10 - 50 중량%, 및 물 50 - 80 중량%로 이루어진 오일 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수분산 폴리우레탄은 경도가 80 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수분산 폴리우레탄은 30 중량% 이하의 아크릴 중합체, 폴리부타디엔 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체는 10 에서 -50 ℃의 Tg를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수분산 폴리우레탄은 100 중량부에 대해서 피그먼트 페이스트 50 - 100 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수분산 폴리우레탄은 100 중량부에 대해서 0.1 - 20 중량부의 감촉개선제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 감촉개선제는 오일, 나노린에멀젼, 실리콘 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 종이;상기 종이의 상면에 코팅되며, 피그먼트 페이스트를 더 포함하는 하부 수분산 폴리우레탄 코팅층; 및상기 하부 수분산 폴리우레탄 코팅층에 코팅되는 상부 수분산 폴리우레탄 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 종이는 오일지인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 코팅층과 상부 코팅층 사이에 카세인 용액을 포함하는 수분산 폴리우레탄 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 수분산 폴리우레탄은 경도가 80 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁지.
- 오일 10 - 50 중량%, 알코올 10 - 50 중량%, 및 물 50 - 80 중량%로 이루어진 인조피혁지 처리용 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 따른 인조피혁용 종이 처리용 조성물을 코팅하거나 또는 상기 조성물에 침적되어 제조되는 인조피혁용 종이.
- 오일 10 - 50 중량%, 알코올 10 - 50 중량%, 및 물 50 - 80 중량%로 이루어진 오일 조성물로 종이를 처리하는 단계;피그먼트 페이스트를 포함하는 수분산 폴리우레탄을 코팅하는 단계;피그먼트 페이스트 및 카세인 용액을 포함하는 수분산 폴리우레탄으로 코팅하는 단계; 및투명성 수분산 폴리우레탄으로 코팅하는 단계로 이루어진 인조피혁 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 수분산 폴리우레탄은 경도가 80 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조피혁 제조방법.
