신발제조용 인조피혁

본 고안은 신발 제조용 인조피혁에 관한 것이다.
종래의 신발제조용 인조피혁은 피혁 위에 폴리우레탄층을 일정두께로 두껍게 도포하여 한개의 도포층을 형성하였기 때문에 제품화 하는 경우 오래 착용하지 못하여 힘이 가해져 당겨지는 부분이 늘어나게 되어 표면이 고르지 못하게 되고 경미한 충격에도 균열이 생기며, 인장강도와 내후성이 불량하여 고가제품(신발, 가방)등을 제조하기에는 미흡한 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위하여 피혁과 폴리우레탄 수지층을 접착한 위에 얇은 종이층과 폴리우레탄 표면층을 얇게 각각 적층되게 형성하여 원가를 크게 절감시키고 신발이나 가방 등을 제품화 하였을때에 표면이 고르고 매끈하게 되어 착용감이 좋고 일그러지거나 균열이 생기지 않아 수명을 연장할 수 있도록 고안한 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상의 피혁(1)에 폴리우레탄 수지층(2)을 도포한 통상의 것에 있어서 폴리우레탄 수지층 위에 얇은 종이층(3)과 적정폭의 폴리우레탄 수지 표면층(4)을 순차적으로 적층 일체로 형성하여서 된 구조이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 피혁(1)에 폴리우레탄 수지층(2)을 도포한 위에 얇은 종이층(3)과 폴리우레탄 표면층(4)을 0.02㎜로 얇게 순차적으로 접착하였기 때문에 얇은 종이층(3)에 의해 표면이 고르고 매끈하게 되어 신발이나 가방 등의 고급제품을 제조하여 오랫동안 착용하여도 내한성이 우수하여 원형이 변형되어 일그러지거나 균열이 생기지 않아 수명을 오랫동안 연장할 수 있으며, 통기성과 흡수력이 강할 뿐만 아니라 폴리우레탄 수지는 종전과는 달리 0.02㎜로 얇게 도포하므로써 자원이 절약되며 제조원가가 크게 절감되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 통상의 피혁(1)에 폴리우레탄 수지층(2)을 도포한 통상의 것에 있어서 폴리우레탄 수지층 위에 얇은 종이층(3)과 적정두께의 폴리우레탄 수지 표면층(4)을 순차적으로 적층 일체로 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 신발제조용 인조피혁.
