- 한 쌍의 전극 및 이들 전극들 사이에 낀 유기 발광층을 구비한 유기 전자발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기발광층은 전하 주입 보조재를 함유하고,상기 전극들 사이에 설치된 정공 전송 대역은 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 페닐렌디아민 유도체를 포함하며,상기 페닐렌디아민 유도체는 400 내지 480nm에서 최대 피크 파장을 갖는 형광 스펙트럼을 나타내고,층 또는 대역으로 사용시 104 내지 106V/cm의 전기장 중에서 정공 이동도가 10-4cm2/V·s 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광 소자:화학식 I상기 식에서,Ar1 내지 Ar6은 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기, 핵 탄소수 6 내지 24개의 아릴기 또는 스티릴기로 치환될 수 있는 핵 탄소수 6 내지 24개의 아릴기이고,X는 연결기로서, 단일 결합, 핵 탄소수 6 내지 24개의 아릴렌, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌, 디페닐메틸렌, 에테르 결합, 티오에테르 결합, 치환되거나 비치환된 비닐 결합 또는 방향족 헤테로사이클릭 고리이고,R1 및 R2는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 수소 원자이고, 이는 서로 결합되어 치환되거나 비치환된 포화 5원 고리 또는 포화 6원 고리를 형성할 수 있다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정공 전송 대역은 화학식 I로 표시되는 페닐렌디아민 유도체를 함유하는 정공 주입층을 포함함으로써 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유기 전자발광 소자.
