Claims (17)
- (a) CNT 분말을 포함하는 용액에 초음파를 인가하여 CNT 분산용액을 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 CNT 분산용액에 나노템플레이트를 위치시키고 초음파를 인가하여 상기 나노템플레이트에 CNT 네트워크를 형성하는 단계;(c) 상기 나노템플레이트에 형성된 CNT 네트워크를 건조하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 건조된 CNT 네트워크를 점착층이 형성된 기판의 일면과 대면시켜 스탬핑하여 기판에 전이하는 단계를 포함하는 CNT(탄소나노튜브) 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CNT 분산용액은,CNT 분말, 계면활성제 및 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CNT 분산용액은,CNT 분말 1 mg에 대해 계면활성제 9.5 내지 10.5 mg 및 용매 10 내지 100 ㎖를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는,비이온성 계면활성제, 양이온성 계면활성제, 음이온성 계면활성제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는,나트륨 도데실 설페이트(SDS), 나트륨 옥틸벤젠 술포네이트(NaOBS), 나트륨 도데실 벤젠 설페이트(SDBS), 트리톤X-100(TRITON X-100), 나트륨 도데실 설포네이트(SDSA), 나트륨 부틸벤조에이트(NaBBS), 도데실트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드(DTAB), 덱스트린(dextrin), 폴리스티렌-폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PS-PEO) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매는,알코올, 물, 유기용매 및 이들의 혼합 용매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는,(1) 팁 초음파 장치를 사용하여 출력 20 내지 60W, 진동수 10 내지 30kHz인 초음파를 5 내지 7 시간 동안 인가하는 단계; 및(2) 배스 초음파 장치를 사용하여 출력 10 내지 50W, 진동수 40 내지 60kHz인 초음파를 6 내지 7 시간 동안 인가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노템플레이트는,AAO(Anodic aluminum oxide) 템플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노템플레이트는,기공의 직경이 20 내지 200 nm, 기공의 깊이가 60 내지 100 ㎛, 기공의 밀도는 100개/㎛2 내지 1000개/㎛2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는,배스 초음파 장치를 사용하여 출력 10 내지 50W, 진동수 40 내지 60kHz인 초음파를 30분 내지 1 시간 동안 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는,초음파 인가 시 동시에 상기 CNT 분산용액이 담긴 용기를 배스 내에서 회전하면서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계는,30 내지 80 ℃에서 10 내지 30분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은,실리콘계 고분자, 아크릴계 고분자 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은,폴리디메틸실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은,플라스틱 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은,기판 일면에 점착제를 도포하여 1 내지 2시간 동안 평탄화 한 다음 70 내지 80 ℃에서 10 내지 15분 동안 열처리하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은,두께가 2 내지 3 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 CNT 박막의 제조방법.
