Claims (4)
- 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 신호선 및 주사선에 의해 구획되는 각각의 위치에 코너(corner) 일부를 면취(面取, chamfer)한 화소 전극이 형성된 제1 기판과, 공통 전극을 형성한 제2 기판과, 상기 양 기판상에 적층된 수직 배향 처리를 행한 배향막과, 상기 양 기판 사이에 배치된 유전율 이방성이 부(負)인 액정층을 갖는 액정 표시 패널에 있어서,상기 화소 전극의 코너 일부의 면취 위치에서 상기 주사선을 따라 뻗은 돌기 전극이 상기 화소 전극에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 신호선 및 주사선에 의해 구획되는 각각의 위치에 코너 일부를 면취한 화소 전극으로 이루어지는 광투과부가 형성된 제1 기판과, 공통 전극을 형성한 제2 기판과, 상기 양 기판상에 적층된 수직 배향 처리를 행한 배향막과, 상기 양 기판 사이에 배치된 유전율 이방성이 부인 액정층을 갖는 액정 표시 패널에 있어서,상기 화소 전극의 코너부의 면취 위치에서 상기 주사선을 따라 뻗은 돌기 전극이 상기 화소 전극에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 신호선 및 주사선에 의해 구획되는 각각의 위치에는 외광을 반사하는 반사부도 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 돌기 전극은 상기 주사선과 오버랩되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
