Claims (63)
- 기판에 응고제를 적용하는 단계와;포상(foam)의 고분자 물질을 기판에 적용하는 단계와;응고제로 하여금 포상 고분자 물질의 일부를 응고시키도록 하는 단계; 및기판으로부터 응고되지 않은 포상 고분자 물질을 제거하여, 응고된 고분자 물질의 층을 기판에 잔류시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 응고되지 않은 포상 고분자 물질을 제거하는 단계는, 상기 포상 물질의 외층을 제거하여 기판 상에 응고된 고분자 물질의 내층을 잔류시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 외층은 스킨(skin)이 포상 물질층의 외표면에 형성되기 전에 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,상기 응고되지 않은 포상 고분자 물질을 제거하는 단계는, 유체를 기판에 분 사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 유체는 액체인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 액체는 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 액체는 스프레이(spray)로서 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 스프레이는 1-10 바(bar)의 압력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 스프레이는 1-4 바(bar)의 압력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 유체는 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 가스는 공기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 가스는 제트(jet)로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제트는 1-10 바(bar)의 압력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제트는 1-4 바(bar)의 압력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 유체는 기판 표면의 직각방향을 기준으로 0-45℃의 각으로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 응고되지 않은 포상 고분자 물질을 제거하는 단계는, 기판을 액체에 담그는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 액체는 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 짜여진 (knitted) 나일론을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 95%의 나일론과 5%의 라이크라(lycra)의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 응고되지 않은 포상 고분자 물질을 기판으로부터 제거하는 단계 후에, 기판을 물에 담가서 응고제를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,기판을 물에 담그는 단계 후에, 기판을 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 기판을 건조시키는 단계는 기판을 오븐에 넣는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,응고제로 하여금 포상 고분자 물질의 일부를 응고시키도록 하는 단계는 60-180 초 동안 지속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 응고제는 전해질로 구성된 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 응고제는 전해질로 구성된 알코올 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 25항에 있어서,상기 전해질은 포름산, 아세트산, 질산 칼슘, 및 염화 칼슘에서 선택된 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 니트로 라택스(nitrile latex), 천연 라텍스, 폴리우레탄 라텍스, 폴리비닐클로라이드 (PVC:polyvinylchloride) 라텍스, 네오프렌(neoprene (polychloroprene)), 및 폴리비닐아세테이트 (PVA:polyvinylacetate)에서 선택된 어느 하나의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 27항에 있어서,상기 고분자 물질은 니트로 라택스(nitrile latex), 천연 라텍스, 폴리우레탄 라텍스, 폴리비닐클로라이드 (PVC:polyvinylchloride) 라텍스, 네오프 렌(neoprene (polychloroprene)), 및 폴리비닐아세테이트 (PVA:polyvinylacetate)에서 선택된 두개 이상의 물질들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 응고제가 기판에 적용되기 전에 몰드 위에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 29항에 있어서,상기 몰드는 금속, 세라믹, 섬유유리, 및 플라스틱 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 29항에 있어서,상기 몰드는 의류의 일부분 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 29항에 있어서,상기 몰드는 완전한 의류 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 31항에 있어서,상기 의류는, 코트, 앞치마, 부츠, 신발, 양말, 내의류, 장갑, 및 코르셋(corset) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,응고된 고분자 물질층에 코팅을 불연속 영역 어레이 형태로 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 34항에 있어서,상기 의류용 물질을 세척하여 잔류물질을 제거하는 단계와;상기 의류용 물질을 부분적으로 건조하는 단계와;고분자 코팅을 적용하기 전에, 어레이 포머 (array former)에 상기 의류용 물질을 드레싱(dressing)하는 단계;상기 코팅 층을 경화시키는 단계; 및어레이 포머로부터 상기 의류용 물질을 벗겨내는 단계 중 적어도 어느 한 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 35항에 있어서,상기 의류용 물질을 세척하기 위하여 물과 세제의 용액이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 35항에 있어서,상기 의류용 물질은 50-70℃의 온도에서 부분적으로 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 34항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 니트로 라텍스, 천연 라텍스, 폴리우레탄 (PU) 라텍스, 및 라텍스 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 상기 물질들 중에서 선택된 두 이상의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 34항에 있어서,상기 코팅층의 점성은 100-400 포이스(poise)인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 34항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 60-140℃의 온도에서 30-45 분 동안 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 34항에 있어서,상기 코팅층은 두 단계로 걸쳐서 경화되되, 제 1 단계는 60-80℃에서 15-30 분 동안 수행하고, 제 2단계는 120-150℃에서 20-40 분 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 34항에 있어서,불연속 코팅영역 어레이는 도트 어레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 34항에 있어서,불연속 코팅영역 어레이는 도트 어레이와 강화 조각의 조합으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 의류용 물질.
- 제 44항에 있어서,상기 의류용 물질은 3.5-6.5 mg.cm-2.h-1의 물 증기 투수성을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 제 44항에 있어서,20±2℃의 온도와 65±2%의 상대습도 조건에 265 분 동안 노출되면 ,cm2 당 1.0-8.5 mg의 수분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 생산된 의류.
- 제 47항에 있어서,상기 의류는 3.5 내지 6.5 mg.cm-2.h-1 범위의 물 증기 투수성을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류.
- 제 47항에 있어서,20±2℃의 온도와 65±2%의 상대습도 조건에 265 분 동안 노출되면, cm2 당 1.0-8.5 mg의 수분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류.
- 제 47항에 있어서,상기 의류는 장갑인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류.
- 기판 및 적어도 상기 기판에 부분적으로 침투하는 응고된 고분자 물질층을 포함하여 구성되며, 3.5 내지 6.5 mg.cm-2.h-1의 물 증기 투수성을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 제 51항에 있어서,20±2℃의 온도와 65±2%의 상대습도 조건에 265 분 동안 노출되면, cm2 당 1.0-8.5 mg의 수분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 기판 및 적어도 상기 기판에 부분적으로 침투하는 응고된 고분자 물질층을 포함하여 구성되며, 20±2℃의 온도와 65±2%의 상대습도 조건에 265 분 동안 노출되면, cm2 당 1.0-8.5 mg의 수분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 기판 및 적어도 상기 기판에 부분적으로 침투하는 응고된 고분자 물질층을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 고분자 물질은 기판에 완전히 침투하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 제 51항 내지 54항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고분자 물질로부터 형성되며 응고된 고분자 물질층에 결합된 도트층을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 기판 및 적어도 상기 기판에 부분적으로 침투하는 응고된 고분자 물질층을 포함하여 구성되며, 고분자 물질층으로부터 형성된 도트층은 응고된 고분자 물질층에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 제 51항, 52항, 53항, 54항, 56항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 의류는 장갑인 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질.
- 기판을 지지하도록 배열된 몰드;포상 고분자 물질을 기판에 적용하도록 배열된 포상물질 적용 수단; 및기판에서 응고되지 않은 포상물질을 제거하여 기판에 응고된 고분자 물질층을 잔류시키도록 배열된 포상물질 제거수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질 제조 장치.
- 제 58항에 있어서,도트 코팅을 응고된 고분자 물질층에 적용하도록 배열된 도트 적용 수단을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질 제조 장치.
- 제 59항에 있어서,상기 의류용 물질에서 잔류 물질을 제거하도록 배열된 세척수단, 세척된 장갑을 부분적으로 건조하도록 배열된 건조수단, 도트 코팅을 경화하도록 배열된 경화수단 중 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류용 물질 제조 장치.
