Claims (8)
- 관형 몸체의 개구된 상면 및 하면에 기체투과막을 접합하여 전해질을 봉입한 반응셀을 포함하는 가스 감지기에 있어서,상기 가스 감지기의 몸체는 중공부를 구비한 관형으로서 상기 반응셀의 테두리부가 상기 중공부로부터 상기 가스 감지기의 몸체내로 매입된 사출 성형물이고,상기 반응셀은 일단부가 상기 전해질에 노출된 전극이며, 타단부는 상기 감지기 몸체 상부 표면 위로 돌출된 도선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감지기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 상기 반응셀의 몸체와 기체투과막의 접합부위를 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감지기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 탄소섬유로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감지기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도선의 타단부는 금속제 도선연결핀으로 단말 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감지기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단자와 접속구가 형성된 금속판을 포함하는 단자부를 더 포함하고, 상기 단자부는 상기 도선연결핀이 상기 접속구에 삽입 체결됨으로써 상기 가스 감지기의 몸체에 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감지기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접속구는 상기 금속판을 부분적으로 절개하여 구부려 형성된 절개편을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감지기.
- 관형 몸체의 개구된 상면 및 하면에 기체투과막을 접합하여 전해질을 봉입한 반응셀을 포함하는 가스 감지기 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 반응셀의 몸체 내부의 전해질에 도선의 일단부인 전극을 노출하고 타단부는 외부로 유도되어 도선연결핀으로 단말 처리된 도선을 구비한 반응셀을 제작하는 단계;(b) 상기 반응셀이 상기 가스감지기의 관형 몸체 중공부에 위치하되 그 테두리부가 가스 감지기의 몸체 중공부로부터 몸체 내로 매입되도록 상기 반응셀을 금형 내에 내삽하고, 상기 도선 단말처리부가 상기 감지기 몸체 상부 표면으로 돌출될 수 있도록 상기 금형내에 형성된 구멍에 끼운 후, 수지를 주입하여 가스 감지기의 관형 몸체를 사출 성형하는 단계;(c) 단자와 접속구가 형성된 금속판을 포함하는 단자부를 제작하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 도선연결핀을 상기 접속구에 삽입 체결하여 상기 단자부를 상기 가스 감지기의 몸체에 조립하는 단계;를 포함하는 가스 감지기를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도선은 상기 반응셀의 몸체와 기체투과막의 접합부위를 관통하도록 하여 상기 반응셀의 몸체와 상기 기체투과막을 열 융착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 감지기 제조방법.
