Claims (21)
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2의 상기 탄화 수소의 적어도 일부는 상기 실록산 수지층의 표면에 노출된 고정화 브랜치이고,상기 올리고머 프로브는 상기 고정화 브랜치와 커플링되어 있는 마이크로 어레이.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 올리고머 프로브는 링커를 개재하여 상기 실록산 수치층의 표면에 노출 된 상기 고정화 브랜치와 커플링되어 있는 마이크로 어레이.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 실록산 수지층을 다수의 프로브 셀 액티브로 분리하며, 표면에 상기 올리고머 프로브와 커플링되는 작용기를 포함하지 않는 프로브 셀 분리 영역을 더 포함하는 마이크로 어레이.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 프로브 셀 분리 영역의 표면은 노출된 실리콘 기판 또는 투명 유리 기판인 마이크로 어레이.
