Claims (8)
- 하나 이상의 고정화 영역이 패터닝된 포토레지스트 막을 갖는 기판을 포함하고, 상기 포토레지스트 막은 벗겨낼 수 있는 것인 어레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정화 영역 내에, 프로브를 공유적으로 부착시킬 수 있는 관능기를 갖는 화합물이 링커로서 결합되어 있는 어레이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로브는 단백질, 핵산 또는 다당류인 어레이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관능기를 갖는 화합물은 알데히드, 에폭시 또는 아민기를 말단에 갖는 실록산인 어레이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 링커에 공유적으로 결합된 프로브를 더 포함하는 어레이 장치.
- (a) 벗겨낼 수 있고, 하나 이상의 고정화 영역이 패터닝된 포토레지스트 막을 갖는 기판을 제공하는 단계;(b) 상기 고정화 영역 내에 프로브를 공유적으로 부착시킬 수 있는 관능기를 갖는 화합물을 부착하는 단계;(c) 상기 관능기에 프로브를 공유적으로 결합시키는 단계;(d) 상기 프로브에 액체 시료를 노출시키는 단계;(e) 상기 액체 시료 중의 화합물과 포토레지스트 막의 경계 영역 사이의 비특이적인 반응을 제거하기 위하여 상기 포토레지스트 막을 벗겨내는 단계; 및(f) 상기 액체 시료 중의 표적 물질과 상기 프로브 사이의 반응을 검출하는 단계;를 포함하는 액체 시료 중의 표적 물질을 검출하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프로브는 단백질, 핵산 또는 다당류인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 관능기를 갖는 화합물은 알데히드, 에폭시 또는 아민기를 말단에 갖는 실록산인 방법.
