Claims (20)
- 투명한 기판;상기 기판 상면 상에 고정된 복수의 프로브; 및상기 기판의 배면에 형성된 캡핑막을 포함하되,상기 투명한 기판 및 상기 캡핑막은 상기 복수의 프로브에 커플링되는 형광 물질에서 방출되는 빛을 반사하는 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 복수의 프로브 셀 영역으로서, 각각 복수의 상기 프로브가 고정되는 영역인 복수의 프로브 셀 영역; 및상기 각 프로브 셀 영역을 분리하는 비프로브 셀 영역으로서, 상기 프로브가 고정되지 않는 영역인 비프로브 셀 영역을 포함하고,상기 바이오 칩은 상기 기판의 상기 프로브 셀 영역의 상면에 선택적으로 형성되며, 상기 복수의 프로브가 고정되는 활성 패턴을 더 포함하되,상기 비프로브셀 영역은 상기 기판의 상면이 노출되어 있으며, 상기 활성 패턴은 산화물로 형성된 바이오칩.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 캡핑막은 반사도가 20% 이상인 바이오칩.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 캡핑막은 금속막, 금속 질화막 또는 실리콘 질화막으로 이루어지는 바이오칩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 복수의 프로브 셀 영역으로서, 각각 복수의 상기 프로브가 고정되는 영역인 복수의 프로브 셀 영역; 및상기 각 프로브 셀 영역을 분리하는 비프로브 셀 영역으로서, 상기 프로브가 고정되지 않는 영역인 비프로브 셀 영역을 포함하는 바이오칩.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 상면에 형성된 활성층을 더 포함하되,상기 프로브 셀 영역 상의 상기 활성층 상에는 상기 복수의 프로브가 커플링되고, 상기 비프로브 셀 영역 상의 상기 활성층 상에는 상기 프로브가 커플링되지 않는 바이오칩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 활성층 상에 형성된 링커를 더 포함하되,상기 프로브 셀 영역 상의 상기 링커는 상기 복수의 프로브의 커플링을 매개하고, 상기 비프로브 셀 영역 상의 상기 링커는 상기 프로브가 커플링되지 않고 비활성화되어 있는 바이오칩.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 상기 프로브 셀 영역의 상면에 선택적으로 형성되며, 상기 복수의 프로브가 고정되는 활성 패턴을 더 포함하는 바이오칩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 비프로브셀 영역은 상기 기판의 상면이 노출되어 있는 바이오칩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 활성 패턴 상에 형성되어, 상기 복수의 프로브와 상기 활성 패턴 간의 커플링을 매개하는 링커를 더 포함하는 바이오칩.
- 투명한 기판의 배면에 캡핑막을 형성하고,상기 기판의 상면에 복수의 프로브를 고정하는 것을 포함하되,상기 투명한 기판 및 상기 캡핑막은 상기 복수의 프로브에 커플링되는 형광 물질에서 방출되는 빛을 반사하는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 상면에 복수의 프로브를 고정하는 것은,상기 기판의 상면에 활성화층을 형성하고,상기 활성화층을 패터닝하고, 상기 기판의 표면을 노출시켜 복수의 활성 패턴을 형성하고,상기 활성 패턴 상에 상기 복수의 프로브를 커플링하는 것을 포함하되,상기 활성 패턴은 산화물을 포함하는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 캡핑막은 반사도가 20% 이상인 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 캡핑막은 금속막, 금속 질화막 또는 실리콘 질화막으로 이루어지는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 상면에 복수의 프로브를 고정하는 것은,상기 기판의 상면에 활성화층을 형성하고,상기 활성화층의 소정 영역에 상기 복수의 프로브를 커플링하는 것을 포함하는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 활성화층을 형성하는 것은 상기 기판을 열산화하는 것을 포함하는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 활성화층의 형성 후에, 상기 활성화층 상에 링커를 형성하는 것을 더 포함하되,상기 활성화층의 소정 영역에 상기 복수의 프로브를 커플링하는 것은 상기 링커를 매개하여 상기 활성층의 소정 영역에 커플링하는 것인 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 기판의 상면에 복수의 프로브를 고정하는 것은,상기 기판의 상면에 활성화층을 형성하고,상기 활성화층을 패터닝하여 복수의 활성 패턴을 형성하고,상기 활성 패턴 상에 상기 복수의 프로브를 커플링하는 것을 포함하는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 활성 패턴의 형성과 상기 복수의 프로브의 커플링 사이에,상기 캡핑막을 제거하는 것을 더 포함하는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 프로브의 커플링 후에,상기 캡핑막을 제거하는 것을 더 포함하는 바이오칩의 제조 방법.
