- 화학식 mM1O·nM2O·2M3O2 [식 중, M1 은 Ca, Sr 및 Ba 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속이고, M2 는 Mg 및 Zn 으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속이고, M3 은 Si 및 Ge 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속이고, m 및 n 은 0.5 ≤m ≤3.5 및 0.5 ≤n ≤2.5 를 각각 만족시키고, 단, m = n = 1 인 경우, M1 은 Ca, Sr 및 Ba 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 두 개 이상의 금속, 또는 Sr 및 Ba 중 하나임] 로 나타내는 화합물, 및 활성제로서 Eu 및 Mn 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속을 함유하며, 디옵사이드와 동일한 결정 구조를 갖는 진공 자외선 방사 여기 발광 소자용 형광체.
