Claims (3)
- 발광 다이오드(LED) 및 능동 발광형 액정 디스플레이(LCD)에 적용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 스트론튬실리케이트계 황색 형광체 :[화학식 1]Sr2-xSiO4 : Eu2+ x상기 화학식 1에서, x는 0.001 ≤x ≤1 이다.
- 스트론튬카보네이트, 실리카, 유로퓸옥사이드를 칭량하여 용매하에서 혼합하는 1 단계 공정:상기 1 단계 공정의 혼합물을 오븐에서 100 ∼ 150 ℃, 1 ∼ 24시간동안 건조하는 2 단계 공정: 및상기 2 단계 공정의 건조된 혼합물을 고순도 알루미나 보트에 넣고, 수소 혼합가스의 환원 분위기하에서 800 ∼ 1500 ℃, 1 ∼ 48시간동안 전기로에서 열처리하는 3 단계 공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 화학식 1의 스트론튬실리케이트계 황색 형광체의 제조방법.[화학식 1]Sr2-xSiO4 : Eu2+ x상기 화학식 1에서 x는 0.001 ≤x ≤1 이다.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수소 혼합가스는 수소함량이 2 ∼ 25 중량%인 질소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트론튬실리케이트계 황색 형광체의 제조방법.
